Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
I've been there 2 times, once in august 2009 with my sister and june 2012 with my boyfriend. The hotel is not in the city centre but you can reach it very easily walking for 10 minutes or even less. The rooms are very very comfortable and the beds are big and very cozy. The bathroom is ok and very clean. Wifi very good but limited. I don't suggest the hotel for holidays but for one night over or business matters is PERFECT. Breakfast could be better but you can choose between sweet or salty things and it's not bad at all.The best thing for me was having breakfast outside in the green. Don't ask me for the price cause it was not me to pay and i have no idea. the last but not least : the staff speaks good english and they are very helpful ..

We stayed one night at this hotel because our flight had been cancelled. The hotel is nice, the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were just ok. The staff was very helpful.

I spent three days in City Hotel Podgorica, Montenegro, last week. It was a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice, spacious with good batheroms. We conducted a conference with 25 people from about 10 countries. Facilities were fine. Hospitality and services were very good. Except for the fact that WiFi in the bedroom was not very good, I enjoyed my short stay in this hotel and managed the business meeting well.

I often travel to Podgorica for business, and I have tried many hotels.The CITY is definitely one of the best addresses for a stay in Podgorica.
Check-in procedure excellent, personalised and extremely quick (nice to have your passport given back at once).
Rooms are spacious and well equiped. Huge window, wide, king bedded, large desktop, mini bar, good tv set, free wireless, good wardrobe; bathroom with shower box (or jakuzzi if you choose apartment), huge mirrors, body care amenities. All areas are very clean and tidy.
Not such a wide range of foods for breakfast, I'd say average variety of hams, eggs, cheese, croissant, bread, also chopped fresh fruit that I liked. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Lobby with two tables seating, trees, TV and two ATMs and café restaurant.
There is a mini gym in the hotel with good equipment (Tehnogym) cardio and strenght.
It definitely has been a very pleasant stay, relaxing and comfortable.
I have to commend the reception team from the night shift and Mr. Slobodan with whom I often play chess (very good player, I have to admit:)
I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, with a lot of parking, and easy to locate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, spacious. Rooms were very quiet. Inside the room you can find toiletries and minibar. Also the small bar outside was cute.

The kindest staff, great breakfast food, 10-15 minutes walk from the centre. Would reccomend to anyone visiting Podgorica. Tip: taxi service is cheap beyond belief. 2 Euro will literally get you anywhere in the city.

The hotel was easy to find for us by car, off a main road, near the foot of the small hill and close to good amenities. A short walk to takeaways and restaurants so we didn't eat dinner in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed the large bar terrace to ourselves during the afternoon. The only negatives were because of location and size there was about four bus tours so breakfast room was obliterated when we came down and stale breads and croissants and dry sausages remained. Overall this was one of the best stays during our trip, we would return.

With choosing City hotel you will not make a mistake. I stayed several times, and I was always satisfied. Nice, clean, comofortable rooms and bathrooms. Large parking space, free wi fi, around hotel possibilities for shoping, as well as at walking distance to nice restaurants. Breakfast room a bit problematic when the groups stays in the hotel, but still acceptible.

Podgorica is very small city but the hotel is very modern and nice. Price also reasonable for business type staying, location is very close to the center. Staff kind, service is good and breakfast also good.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and had 2 rooms. The first one was for a couple and the second is for 3 people. The rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. At both of the rooms we had cable TV and minibar. At the bigger room we also had a jacuzzi which is nice after a long day. The hotel itself is located 10 minutes walking from the city center although the city doesn't has much nightlife. For conclusion a great place to stay and nice& friendly staff.
