We booked four rooms for three nights. On the booking through Hotels.com we specified that three rooms were to be twin rooms due to the make up of our party. On arrival and going to our rooms we found that they were double rooms. We notified reception to be told that there were no other rooms available and that we would have to sleep on camp beds. The hotel stated there had been a problem with their computer system. The hotel then provided camp beds suitable only for children as they were too short in length. The next day we had to wait hours to change rooms despite being informed that we would be prioritised. This spoilt out plans for the second day and caused huge upset. In compensation the hotel only offer 15% off the three rooms for the first night. In addition all rooms booked had problems with the air conditioning as they were extremely warm and the hotel does not provide milk to have with the drinks in your room. The hotel still refuses to address our concerns. Not close to 4 star hotel!!! AVOID!!!…

Dear Guest, Thank you for the comments and rate provided. It is of huge importance to provide the facts for the sake of fair and transparent relationship. The hotel received booking and due to the unplanned circumstances, challenges with the computer system and inability to respond on the guests’ request only for one night only were not accommodated in the stated rooms, three rooms were to be twin rooms. Considering the inconvenience Front Desk Manager offered the discount of 15% for the first night and extra 15% for the second night which resulted with 30% discount on the total amount of the invoice. For the sake of fair business relationship, it is important to be said and underlined. Let us all be reminded that Front Desk Manager offered another day removal and accommodation in the booked rooms which was accepted only by two of the guests. We are so sorry to learn that after the solid communication with the Front desk team on check out we faced with such comments. Best regards.

The first think I have to say, is the really good service of the front desk manager. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but from the first moment he come outside to show and explain to us, how to use the parking, as we were 10 motorbikes, and it was not easy!! Rooms where nice and clean too, with comfy beds, exactly what we need after long day drive!!

the stay was for a week and it was a pleasant experience with the supportive staff, clean and quiet room, variety of food for breakfasts, complimentary fruits upon arrival, central location with great view on the city and walking distance to other sightseeing and historical places.

Having a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel , Delighted with breakfast and light dinner at the coffee shop, extremely well situated in the heart of the city , over a very large mall . Ramada by Wyndham Podgorica is located at a good area, rooms are well, air condition not good in most rooms. As it is four star hotel it lacks good maintenance in every aspect, overall is good but details shows lack of experience in many things; a nut is missing on the overhead light beside the bed, bathroom wide but not well designed, nothing to help old people like handle beside toilet, light is not good in bathroom although it has many spot light in ceiling but not placed in a good location. The personnel in the reception admits the bad maintenance without any real help from technicians. Clening the room is not good we find a paper lying between the two beds when checking in.

The air conditioning system was down! Despite our complaints and the very hot weather, we were told that a few rooms are having the same problem! I don’t recommend it at all. You will suffer from the weather and the treatment at the same time . Overall it was a very bad experience and I don’t recommend it to anybody.

I’m currently staying in this horrible hotel and the AC is not working …when I informed the receptionist she told me she can’t do anything to me because the hotel is fully booked !! So shall I have to stay without AC in this horrible weather !! Also they put one tiny shower gel bottle for two people staying in the room !!!! I won’t visit this horrible hotel again and I don’t recommend it to anybody

We came from airport to the hotel by taxi ,10 Euro.it is away from bus station 5 minutes by walking,Near to the hotel there is shopping mall ,you can walk to the center easily,on your way There are lots of nice parks ,the breakfast is not very rich but enough

The cooling system didn't work for 5 days. The service/ reception didn't do enough to solve the issues. The hot water/ tea and coffee available only in the morning. The meals option is poor. Cleaning is good. Very bad experience. Never again. The only positive is a geoposition, inside the center of the town.

I have been staying here for the last 10 days on a business trip and though the room is fine, ongoing building works with drilling and hammering have made my stay unbearable. Complaints to the Reception have no effect in spite of promises to the contrary. I would not recommend a stay here.
