Detailed Reviews
Nice place, clean, helpful staff, all English speakers, excellent location. wireless works just fine.
The only downside, they don't have a kitchen to prepare hot breakfast, but that's a minor issue.
Briefly, highly recommended.

Just stayed at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. There is also A/C, as you should expect considering the temperatures in the summer are 30C+. However, the best thing about this small hotel - 6 rooms and 7 apartments - is the staff who are extremely helpful. The breakfast is simple cold meats, cheese and boiled egg with tea or coffee. A hidden little gem well worth the effort to hunt down.

Location couldnt be better. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices cheap. Breakfast is fresh. No extra charges. I felt very welcome from the point of arriving when the receptionist was waiting us on the street. If you visit Podgorica please choose this hotel you wont regret!

I stayed at the Eminent once, when my regular place was booked out. It was OK (small and friendly) but its on a street with lots of bars and can be very noisy at night in summertime when people sit outside so look for a room at the back!.
The owner apparently insists on having only wireless internet - I guess he thinks its trendy - but it doesn't work properly. You see people with laptops on the stairs and in corridors trying to get a signal. They have a small business centre and you can use their PC there but I know several people who have stopped staying there because of the problem with the wireless connectivity.

its clean.
the bed linen and towels are clean.
everything in the room works - including the free wifi.
the staff are friendly and speak good english.
its centrally located.
they have a mini bar (and unlike a lot of hotels - its actually stocked), and they don't gouge you're eyes out to pay for using it.

Stayed for one night and for that purpose the hotel was fine. Room was big and clean. However the mattress in our bed was broken and there was a lot of noise from the street outside. Breakfast buffet was below average.

The first correction is that this is not a small hotel, it is a converted small shopping mall. Our accommodation consisted of a small cluttered ground floor room and a bedroom up a steep set of stairs to a landing, taken up by a big bed. The whole thing was not very practical or comfortable.
The hotel was very hard to find at the end of a long days drive and parking was in an open area some distance from the hotel. On the upside, the location is good and the staff were very helpful and very pleasant. Would not stay here again.

We stayed at Eminent hotel for one night and were pleased with it. The room wasn't anything special but was clean and has more or less all one would hope. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and was quite alright.

Stayed for two nights with a five night break in between. Travelled with six friends and we stayed in assortment of twin and single rooms. The general opinion was that the hotel provided a service which underlines its status.
We had pre-booked and were met by the charming lady in reception who had already ensured that our rooms were ready. Each room was very clean and tidy with free wifi and tv - although for some reason the TVs, on one floor were out of order on the second night. The hotel staff were unaware of the fault, and it was no big deal anyway.
The breakfast was the usual fare, but fresh and with plenty of options. The coffee percolater was replenished regularly.
The reception staff were always attentive and arranged taxis too and from the bus station and airport. They even negotiated a good price with the taxi drivers after finding that we had been overcharged by a few euros during our initial visit.
The hotel is situated in a good part of town near bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk away from the shops. One or two people have in the past complained about noise, but we had no problems. The rooms towards the rear are quieter though.
This family run hotel is a charming place and we would happily stay here again. Podgorica is a much better place than most of the guide books give it credit for.

Yes. The airport transfer is a service for which we need to contact drivers and they charge their service.
Yes, 200 meters from the hotel there is a paid public parking that charges 40 cents per hour.
Only taxi for €8-10
