The three story house has amazing views and is very clean and spacious. The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful and served very tasty breakfasts. He was also very accommodating in terms of fitting in with our schedule. Lovely stay ... highly recommended.

The homestay is very nice, clean and comfortable. It sits up in the "mountain" over looking the town and the lake. It is walkable to and from the town (a tiny incline FYI) about a 15 minute walk or a very short inexpensive tuk tuk...More

Dear staff of 36 Bed & Breakfast,
Your guesthouse in Kandy looks terrific on the website. I am travelling with my husband and two kids (both 8 years old) to Sri Lanka for two weeks, and we were looking for a room for two nights (arriving 31 Oct, going to the airport in Columbo on the 2 Nov). It was 25 years ago I travelled in Sri Lanka so I am very excited. I can see from your website that you haven’t got a family room, right? If so, perhaps it might be possible for us to rent two double rooms, one for me and my husband, and one for the kids. However, as this will probably be a bit expensive, I was wondering what price you may offer?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Eva, from Sweden
