We stayed at the Superior Double Room for 1 night. What we didn't know: - our assigned accommodation is a distance from the reception and breakfast area, probably a 5 min walk - our accommodation was on top of a small hill with about 3 flights of stairs - this will be an accommodation where our room will be part...

There was a blackout on the next morning and we have to brush our teeth and tidy up in the dark. This also means there is no electricity to boil water or even a shower. Nobody from the hotel informed us until we went to the breakfast counter. There was nobody at the reception in the morning and even until...

We booked a 楼中楼, which is essentially a 2-storey chalet like accommodation with a spacious room each on ground and 2nd floor. Kids liked it for the novelty of a 2 storey house like structure, and they happily took to the 2nd floor room. Only downside is if you are travelling with younger kids (ours are both below 9), then...

It was affordable for a family of four of us. We booked a cabin house with two levels. The place was beautiful. However due to mountainous region, toilet paper cannot be flushed directly into the toilet bowl instead it has to be thrown in a bin. We suspect it was due to this that there is a pungent smell around...

We had a good stay in Cingjing Energy House. The receptionist was very helpful although we can't speak with them in English so arm yourself with some Chinese. The treehouse where we stayed at, boasts of a cozy room without aircon but that's okay coz there's a window that welcomes the breeze from the mountains. If you worry about getting...

Nice cabin and lovely environs but the bathroom plumbing caused a smell. If your bed is near the bathroom, the smell of damp is inescapable (like an old swimming pool changing room sort of odour). Breakfast is Taiwanese food only but for what it is, the range is very good. The views from the dining terrace is stunning.

We stayed there for 1 night and booked double bed room. The room was huge and the bed was big. It was located up a hill and we can walk down to 7-11 and nearby eateries and restaurant in 5 minutes. It was a bit cold probably due to raining. Breakfast was good, they offer the usual bread, porridge and...

Room looks the same as photo but it gave me the dusty feeling when I stepped in. The curtain for the star gazing roof window is so old (needs replacement). The toilet is kind of old too. The netting for the balcony door needs to be replaced too. I wanted to open the glass door and just leave the netting...

This place is located up a hill, not difficult to find via public transport if you follow instructions but quite tiring to walk up. Staff is very helpful and explains well. But it's quite strange that there are 2 double rooms in one "house" - one downstairs and one upstairs. The staff told us we may stay with another couple...

The trip to Cingjing is one of my most memorable trip to taiwan. Even though i spent 2D1N there, i felt like i want to stay one more night. Let's talk about my experience with the villa. The villa that i was staying is the new extension of Ailiga. It's about 2-4 mins walk from the reception counter to the...
