We only wanted to stay one night. But liked it so much, that we stayed one more. Our Room was very clean. And the staff is extremely friendly. The Room had air conditioning and a fan at the ceiling. You can book rooms for 30 Dollars or 40 with sea window, wich is very good prices for the city. The... More

My friend had stayed here several times over the past 10 years so I tried it for 5 days. At 35 bucks it was worth it although the bathroom was a bit on the tight side when you sat down for business. The airconditoners are older so it is similar to jet takeoffs so if you are a light sleeper... More

Stayed here for a few nights having booked on booking.com and found it to be one of the best places we've stayed. Felt very welcome and the room we had was comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner speaks some English which helps. There's access to a great balcony out into the sea, kitchen area with some plates, cups etc but... More

For $38 for a triple private room with private bathroom and AC, this place was a bargain. We were the only guests for some nights (low season). Doesn't include breakfast but for the price it's no big deal. Great porch on the water with comfy chairs and hammock. Rooms are cleaned and linen and towels replaced daily. Only negatives are... We stumbled upon dos palmas by accident when we arrived- and couldn't be happier. We even shortened our stay elsewhere and came back here I stead. We payed 35 for a private room with a queen and full sized bed plus private bath. Could see the water from our window. A beautiful back deck with chairs, a hammock and a... More

$30 for a clean, comfortable double with a/c on a quiet street 3 blocks from the main strip. Fantastic bargain. The rear porch is over the water and has great views of the sunset. Very nice place to relax and chat with others. Coolers are provided if you want to keep anything cold. The rooms are simple and a little... More

After travelling for a month by local buses, 3 days here, 4 days there, we wanted to put down our heavy backpacks for a while and enjoy the sea, the beach and the scenery. We found all that at the small and friendly Hotel or Residencial Dos Palmas. We first made reservations for 3 nights on the internet with Dona... More

This is a great little hostal in Bocas. For $35 a night (with aircon) we had a decent sized room which was cleaned every day without us having to ask. There is a kind of kitchen (a tiny area at the water-side with a sink and some plates/cups and a kettle) which would be greatly improved if they just got... More

Terrific place to stay on bocas isla. This small quaint hotel is directing over the Almirante bay which has the most beautiful views and awesome sunsets. Run by a local family and has been In business over 10 years. It's charming , clean, and takes you back to a much simpler time. Which I can greatly admire. No wifi here... More

We stayed here for two nights on a recent visit to panama and really liked it. The host is very kind and maintains a super clean and safe hotel. Rooms have "old fashioned" decor and are very cute. It's built over the water, on stilts, and has a wonderful shared deck to enjoy the sunset on. The water is so... More
