We spent there a wonderful stay during almost three days, it was really like a dream with a perfect weather... A quiet place in which one you can speak French, Italian, Spanish of course ! and English as usual...OH... More

Had a wonderful stay at Tesoro Escondido. We were looking for somewhere a bit off the beaten track to relax and enjoy the sea, beach and amazing natural beauty of the islands - Tesoro Escondido fitted the bill perfectly. The location on a rocky outcrop over stunning sandy beaches is breathtaking. We spent two nights in Dolphin Cabina and five... More

Our plans had changed during our 2-week stay in Bocas del Toro, but at least we managed to stay 3 nights in this lovely, charming and super relaxing retreat. Monique, the owner, is a very friendly lady (so are the dogs!) and she did everything to make our stay a real joy. We spent the days walking the wild Bluff... More

Unfortunately only had one night here. The Swiss owner (and former California resident) Monique runs a beautful lodge. Stayed in the Dolphin Cabana. Perhaps not for everyone with the bugs and the sounds of nature on loud, but my girlfriend and I agreed we never wanted to leave. Monique has designed and built the property with great care and there's... More

This place is amazing! It was our second time there and just as I remembered it! Beautiful. peaceful, friendly, cosy....My list goes on and on. My favorite place to stay, right over the Ocean and in the rain forest... the Flora and Fauna is just so nice. You will love it!

This place was great. We stayed at 5 different places in Panama over 2 weeks and if we could only go back to one of them, this would be it. We stayed in the dolphin cabin and could see the fish swimming from our balcony. we woke up every morning to run down to the beach and watch sunrise and... More

My partner and I want to Tesoro Escondido for a week last spring and had a wonderful time. The place is remote and tropical, it was lovely. A great getaway if you enjoy nature, walks on remote beaches, rest and relaxation. There are also plenty of interesting places near by if you want to take a day trip to another... More

I have owed Monique this review for almost a year- Monique, so sorry that it took this long! My then-boyfriend and I spent a week at Tesoro last December. We loved it at first sight, although we were already impressed before we got there- Monique was so helpful via email before we arrived, then picked us up in town and... More

I traveled down to Tesoro Escondido last January with 4 mates on a surf trip and to say it was nice is an understatement. To begin with, the location and setting of Tesoro Escondido is second to none. From Monique being an amazing host to the unbelievably beautiful landscape over looking the ocean to the exceptional cooking of Dorthy, the... More
