Stayed 5 nights - lovely friendly staff, lovely accommodation and beautiful pool and grounds. Buffet breakfast has an amazing choice of food. Very happy with this hotel and thoroughly recommend staying here.

Perfect English speaker when booking and in all communications; great communication by phone - very polite and efficient; my taxi driver didn't know where to go so the owner sent someone to come and meet me - priceless service as a single female at night in Delhi. The room, lounge, diner and kitchen had everything you need - clean and...

Talking loudly, crashing pots and pans, watching loud YouTube videos, etc is what you hear in the room when you're actually trying to sleep or watch TV or what have you. The caretaker barely speaks any English and has a very unhelpful attitude, so unhelpful that you ask yourself what wrong have you done to the guy. Not to mention...

We had initially booked a different B&B (Eleven Hotel), but were contacted the day before our trip by that owner and told that their plumbing line had burst and that we could no longer stay there. Instead he offered to put us up at K11 at his expense. The fact that it was free to us was pretty much the...

I stayed here with two friends in a room advertised as a triple. When something is advertised as a triple (as opposed to adding an extra bed in a double room), I expect all the beds to be of similar quality. The room had a nice queen bed and the third bed was a cot one might lie on to...

House in residential, quiet road but close to metro and main road. As we are older now we had a car to collect us when we went out for the day. This was arranged by Sanjay so the driver was familiar with the area. The rooms that we had were of good size, clean and well maintained. The dinner in the...

K11 is in a great location near Defense Colony in Central-South Delhi. Yes, it's not terribly well labelled but it's not difficult to find - it's right between K10 and K12! There are only a few rooms in this B&B, all of which are very clean and well maintained. And there's a nice rooftop terrace as well. Sanjay, the owner,...

We occupied 3 rooms, so we really feel at home in this nice house. Very good and friendly service. It was a good way to start our trip in India. Very easy to reach and once the bridge to croos the road will be finished, very good connection with the metro.

This place is owned by Sanjay Puri and his wife. They own the excellent Yatri House. I trust the owner absolutely. I think K 1-1 gets the overflow from Yatri House, because Yatri is so highly recommened. K1 room quality is better than Yatri, but the owner needs to arrange daily transport from there, even if only by tuk-tuk. It...

The service is pleasant but average, the rooms are large but not special, it is the location that brings it all together. You just need to get to grips with the specifics of the location - if its your first time in India, it can be confusing. I was pleased to be part of a traveling pair and not traveling...
