The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is very kind. It is my first time in Delhi and I felt very welcome. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room and the bathroom have a very good size. The food at the restaurant is excellent and have lots of vegetarían options. And it was very easy to get anything I needed just a short walk from the hotel. Everyone was really helpful and made me feel at home. Thank you so much 🙏

I went to cannaught royale for 4 days trip in India. I had a good experience. The place is in central location, good for nclex takers as it's near the examination building. The receptionist were attentive, all the staff are very helpful and polite, specially Mr. Virender who used to assist me wherever i eat in the hotel's restaurant. The food is really good, you can customize it by requesting if you don't want spicy food. Cleanliness is ok, there is wifi, toiletries and warm water. I highly recommend this hotel and their very good staff.

The hotel environment and rooms are very neat. They have very receptive staffs and their food is 10/10. I tried their continental dishes and Chinese dishes and I must say I was very impressed. Wifi is stable and everything is just right from my perspective

Breakfast is served as buffet style. I stayed for five days and half of the menu changed each day. Chef cooks eggs as you like. I heard a strange noise from the electrical outlet at night and when I called the staff, they fixed it right away. Warm hospitality. The staff is always smiling and cheerful.

I booked I through Make my trip and got a very good deal. The ratings were 3.8 but when I went through the comments section I could see some real good reviews. The hotel is located at one of the prime locations and the rooms are pretty good and decent one the only problem I had is the there are no windows for ventilation and one has to solely depend on the air purifier otherwise the hotel is exceptional. All the staff are very kind and polite. I would like to give a special mention for Kamlesh ji for his kind attitude and prompt service. Looking forward for your services in future.

Booked a room for 3 nights from 16th October to 18th October, 2022.The hotel is located in a prime location in Connaught Place. The room allotted was small however was okay for a single person. The room key given to me was not working, and every time I go out they gave me the same key and repeatedly I had to go to the reception to tell them its not working. And every time they send some boy to open my room with a different key and the same thing was repeated till I checked out. Room service is very poor. Inspite of repeated request they didn't provide me extra water on the first day, also there were no towels in the room however was provided on requesting 3-4 times. When I checked in, I was asked to pay advance, so I payed an amount of Rs 15000/-. During checking out when I asked for my bill, my advance was not excluded from the bill. When I asked the reason, the receptionist told me that I haven't paid any advance as per their record. Luckily I had the screenshot of the payment which I showed to him. Infact they also forgot to call the taxi to drop me at the airport, though payment was done for the same. So I was late by half an hour when I reached the airport. Over all my experience is very bad…

The hotel location is great. However it lacks some of the basic service qualities that any hotel nowadays have. You have to ask for Wifi details whereas it should be part of check in process. The restaurant service is also needs major improvement.
