We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, located in Main Bazar. When booking, we asked for a quiet room, but got a very small and noisy room. Towels were old. The room was relatively clean, but very basic.
I had a great experience at Hari Piorko. The location is fantastic. You’re in the heart of Parhanganj with shops and restaurant within an easy stroll. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and the kids snore restaurant serves good food. You can sit and watch the street action below while you have your meal. The rooms are clean and have your basics covered, nothing fancy but for the price and location it’s good! If you have to wait for a flight out they are very generous about letting you hang out after check out and have a lock Up for your bag. There is a very international Clientele coming and going and the vibe is relaxed and chill.
The room size was convenient and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. The property is located in the city center close by to railway and metro stations. The travel office in the hotel is very helpful and convenient. Couple of drawbacks was that the hotel doesn't provide proper toiletries and complimentary bottled water. Also, the house keeping would use the same mop in the washroom n in the room, which I personally found unhygienic.
Stayed at hotel for 5 nights in deluxe room. Turun on reception arranged to send back home excess luggage, he could not have been more helpful. Hotel staff friendly, bed/pillow comfortable, bathroom good. Nice restaurant where you can sit and watch the hectic life of Paharganj.
Hotel is good and well maintained. No issues with staff, food and cleanliness. Location of Hotel is too crowded. Cabs not able to reach hotel in peak hours because of crowd and street markets in the area. If you are traveling with family, better not to choose hotels in Pahargunj.
The Hari Piorko had everything we needed, in a central location. The most special thing about this hotel, which sets it apart from other hotels lies with the staff. When we arrived Mr Ajay couldn't have been more welcoming and after a long journey he made us feel welcome and at home. Raja was also amazing. There are many quirks in Delhi, but despite these challenges the Hari Piorko will help out. They were fabulous at making us laugh, passing on information and helping us with money changing, taking trips and making our room more comfortable. The food in the restaurant is also the best we had in Delhi. This family run hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of the chaos of Delhi, and personally I can't thank Mr Ajay enough, he was so kind and funny and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel, it's a wonderful location and is excellent value for money. You will taste the read Delhi here, and meet some amazing people which is what a city is really all about.…
Very good hotel, great service and perfect attention, very friendly (especially Dinesh, who also speaks Spanish), Dinesh it helps me a lot , get all the best for you have good and easy travel, it's very nice , I Will repeat again sure.
Really good hotel in one of the most popular streets in Delhi. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is included. The members of the stuff were very friendly and helpful! Greetings from Uruguay!
Saurabh was an amazing driver arranged by the hotel, I can’t recommend him enough. If you are lucky enough to have him drive you to Agra you will have a special day as he knows all the tips to avoid crowds, over payment and delays. His English is immaculate and he makes a real effort to show you the real India. He drives beautifully and there is absolutely no negative comment I could give about him - 10/10
Step back in time with this hotel, almost like a film set full of characters and interesting decor and mix of new and old features. A coffee shop to the left inside and a tour/trip desk to the right. Once you step inside your experience is wonderful. I stayed in the dorm room, comfortable and clean with secure lockers under the bed. The restaurant is easily accessible with tasty food and a view over the crazy streets right below. The staff are what set this hotel apart from others I have stayed in the area. Tarun, Vijay, Ripu, Mr Ajay, Jyoti and Raja all helped me during my stay as well as the porters. You won’t want to miss this experience, step in and out of the chaos into a safe space. See you again in a few weeks! Tommy UK
