The hotel was disappointing - good location but they forgot to do my taxi pick up even after a reminder- the room was grubby, un friendly staff - did the basics only there must be better places to stay in Delhi

The hotel is slightly more expensive than other similar hotels in Paharganj Area, the added value was supposed to be the breakfast. It is very deceiving to figure out that it was only a toast bad done (see pic)

Higher price than our tight budget usually stretches to but good service, functional unspectacular room. Good wifi. Pulkit the travel agent guy really helped us even though we weren't taking tours from him. 5mins from New Delhi station. Good restaurant across the road, Everest.

Do NOT stay here!!!! Employee tried to rape me, and owner took no responsibility. He said I was "out of my mind, a drug addict, and it's impossible". The men who work here are disgusting human beings. Please warn your friends, and stay away at all costs.

Hi I am writing this reply with extreme sensitivity regarding your review which is a genuine lie if you ask yourself. The blame on us is totally wrong. I researched the matter thoroughly and found that you and your boyfriend were on drugs and were drunk also. Still we accommodated you with one of our best rooms. In return you...

We had high expectations of this place since it had good reviews. First off,we called to confirm our room reservations and a pickup at the airport and were told everything was in order. After flying almost 24 hours into Delhi we were disappointed when the hotel driver was not at the airport. We wait for an hour and a half...

This was my first stop inIndia. A car was organised to pick me up from the airport and I was told not to tip him. He kept telling me information about Delhi on the way to the hotel and I had a feeling he would ask for a tip, which he did, and I didn't give. Pulkit, the owner is...

We passed a very good time at the spot hotel in new-delhi, mostly because of pulkit, the manager of the hotel, who helped us planning our stay in delhi and organized very nice activities, like the visit of the taj mahal or sight seeing in delhi with a driver, for us. The rooms are clean and nice, what is best...

While the staff was decent and I read nice reviews about Pulkit, he wasn't there when I stayed. The first room they offered was in a truly horrible condition. I got a second room which was only slightly better. The bathrooms were in a really bad condition. Paan stains on the room walls. Rusted bathroom taps. I was fairly disgusted....
