One of the best hospitality across Dwarka and Delhi , I have came here quite a few times , the services is impeccable and marvellous , the rooms are spacious , the staff is friendly especially would like to mention Simranpreet singh Auluck there front office Manager who will ensure that stay of yours in unforgettable, the charm he carries the communication skills , amazing. Also would like to Mention Vikash Pathak at the front who managed the things like a leader .
An absolute pleasure stay! The room, the service and food was awesome! The best part is the location is convenient for travelers like me.The airport and the metro station are very close by.I would also like to specially thank Samiksha for the hospitality provided. A place I will definitely visit again.
Stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveller. I was especially pleased by the courtesy and service of the staff, which was much better than the usual at this price range. The Buffet dinner at the restaurant was great too. The room was spacious and the lobby is well designed. Proximity to the airport is good as well. Will definitely recommend.

Breakfast and service of restaurant staff was lovely and friendly. Thanks Kanhauya Shakya. Clean and spacious. The hotel is well maintained and the breakfast had great variety for both Indian and western food.
Hotel was very nice. The food was very good. The experience overall was a solid 9.5/10. I would recommend this hotel because the service is good and the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. There is also a nice pool and spa centers
Every welcoming staff and the ambience was great meet with ms samiksha and mr adi and was attended very nicely the services of the hotel are very good and my overall experience is excellent and memorable.
Hotel was good but the staff they doesn't know how to take care of the guest they are just after money everyone as if guess will run without making the first payment I stayed for 3 night their I was on direct payment I told that post all my bill in the room I will clear while check out but still the FnB guy whenever we order keep asking about the payment while delivering the order I am also an hotelier I work internationally and I know how hotel runs,also I worked for ITC too I am well aware about it standards but this property doesn't follow any I believe someone calling to the room morning for check out on the next day of arrival my stay was for 3 nights they could check and then call I was so tired I travelled for almost 5 days and they just called early morning because they got confused.their were no double occupancy amenities in the room we had to ask everything almost 2times.No smiles on staff faces as if they are not happy to work or they are just working for the shake of work.They were busy giving priority to Army group which was staying with them and they were not bothered about other guest at check-in I even informed that I am a hotelier so I think they must have taken me granted the staff is not bothered to make any conversation with the guest not been asked at check out that how was my stay do I have any feedback to share even the duty manager on shift was around but he was also in his own zone.i stayed in Taj ,Novotel and many other 5 star properties but I have never experienced such things which I have seen here.on the 3rd day of stay when me and partner came from outside the security stopped me at gate and asked for ID of my partner I said were ur in-house guest but they didn't listened then I have gone to reception and surprisingly reception guy said mam we have to follow this I told them to check on system I have given both the ids upon check in the he said ok you can go..I was like oh u don't know you guest only wow coz they were more focused on the Army guests that they don't remember their other guests.. Moreover the last thing I will mention no matter whatever it is the staff at front should keep a smile on the faces rather then making tensed faces which guest can easily observed front means fnb front office security bell desk travel desk I have noticed all sad faces only.if a guest is coming tried and u smile and meet and greet the guest they will feel happy they are not coming here to see ur sad or tensed faces..And I believe that ITC standard are the most top notched as I have also worked with this brand and delivered the same but after staying in this property my view ITC standards and services changed completely and I will think twice to book this brand rather I will book some other brand..…
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel the hospitality was such a warmth welcome from checkin to checkout and throughout the stay we had good time from end to end they took a good care of us Sameeksha Sachin did best role
