We landed at this hotel on the 3rd of January at 10pm in the night. The booking was done by my tour operator. The problem started with the night manager asking for a local ID. I produced my passport and OCI which he said was not acceptable. So I produced my PAN card which he also said was unacceptable. This was getting frustrating at which point I called the tour operator. After much back and forth between the tour operator and the manager. I was allowed to stay for one night in a basic room with two beds when the booking was for a room with a king size bed. I had to take whatever was given at that point.The hotel is not clean, poorly maintained, not anywhere close to the picture gallery potrayed on the hotel website. I found out the next day that hotel does not have a licence to accommodate foreign tourists. They only can accommodate Indian citizens with a local address in the country. Even OCI card holders are not accepted.…

Service was excellent sometime food was cold but the staff was very humble they personaly take care of me and make sure i eat hot food as i like .Tamanna and vikram both were very gentel and humble hotel location was extremely good near by mall.
