The service and cleaning was good by Ravinder Kumar. He was very friendly and responded very well for what i asked , he was asking for my wellness and and also helped me with the things in the room.
It was pleasure experience in this hotel, especially cleaning staff, ravinderkumar Thanks man you know better your job. We we’re staying here for 2 days, my room was 315 . Hotel location is quite good near by metro and good restaurants near by
Hotel definitely looking rough around the edges. The room was definitely in need of a decent clean and the bathroom was beyond a clean, requiring a complete refurb. This seems to always be the cheaper option of all the global brands in aerocity area - but you saving money certainly comes at a price.
The hotel rooms are small, but carefully designed to feel spacious. Staff from housekeeping (Omveer & Ravinder), restaurant (Abhishek), and porter (Aakash) made exceptional personal level efforts to make us feel comfortable. The security staff were helping and always greeted us with big smiles. One security officer went above & beyond (sorry don’t remember his name) by loaning us a Rs. 100 note when we ran out of change to pay for our taxi (of course we paid him back with thanks). They all demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care. 2 out of 5 stars or them. But, the reception staff let us down. Sweet talkers but no results. On a number of times, we reported the malfunctioning air conditioning and high level of potential carbon monoxide levels, in our two rooms on level 3, literally felt like a sauna. For our 4 nights’ stay, we couldn’t sleep well. The maintenance personnel ‘pretended’ of doing something but never fixed the problem. At one point we started to feel embarrassed of ourselves, suspecting we may be excessively complaining. But it appears that it was not a big deal for them. We were not demanding extra, but simply the services that we had paid for. Clearly, they did not live up to the expectation but kept giving us excuses. At least they could have offered to compensate for the problem. …
Ravindera kumar room cleaning is very good from house keeping. Staff is very friendly in ibis. Oneday night stay in ibis everything is good in ibis. Atmosphere very cool surely I will preper to visit again my room number 335
Room cleaning is great! Especially Mr. Ravinder Kumar and Mr. Salendar Singh. Taking care of your supplies and cleaning. My room 338 they made it so cozy and warm. Glad and thankful to them. Mentioning the restaurant and the reception they are all striving to make you feel great ! Thankful to all of them!
Great staff, room cleaning - Mr. Ravindra Kumar and Mr. Shailendra Singh took care of me from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Reasonably priced. Reviews per request. Room 328 thank you for the service

hello ibis hotel aerocity new delhi cab no 4353 mera airport drop tha i ate from the driver i want medicine i charged the driver rs 300 i asked to smoke the driver also took two secrets from me and misbehaved with me
I like to special thanks for Ravinder Kumar and Mr. Gagnder Negi services and good behaviour and approach....and timing is also good as I am staying room number 328 last two days and not at all any issue with room service....
