So it's a usual visit for foreigners when my family come to town . Went to Patiala Peg bar and the service was 1 star . I think the staff think they made it working there but tonight they should be working Iat Costa selling coffee not expensive cocktails. Avoid if you want good service. So sad never used to...

I was very impressed with hotel. Just simply stunning.....when I checked in I felt like walking on the set of a Hollywood movie. Just stunning.....Nicely pointed and smelled very fragrant. FB outlets are great and decor is stunning. Massive draw back is that there was no customer service. Beyond substandard. No welcoming feeling and employees felt not willing to assist....

Good location in the centre and close to the railway station which was very useful for the early start to Shimla. Room is nice nothing more but the breakfast was superb. Lovely selection of cold meats and made on the premises vegetable health drinks. Restaurant staff however were not 5 star standard hence a 4 star rating. Day one: trying...

IF you have a chance to stay here, do so...the simple size of the room, with its great taste makes this such a lovely stopover...the hotel staff are there for you and the breakfast leaves no one wanting. The outdoor pool and gym area are also major draws, but most of all...the value for what you get, how you sleep,...

The Imperial has much to recommend it - beautiful rooms, many dining options, excellent location, impeccable service. But it is very large, somewhat pretentious, and very busy. But for the "heritage" architecture, furnishings, etc., it is quite similar to an upscale big-city business hotel. Our room was extremely nice as well, but also quite noisy - the noise from a...

Pros: - Beautiful old hotel in the middle of the high-rises. - Lovely garden and pool. - Really impressed by the great service/staff. - Delicious brunch with outdoor seating. - Location right next to metro and the Central Cottage Industries Emporium. Arrived at Hotel which appeared opulent and charming. Our room was unfortunately directly looking out over the pool area which was being renovated. Hence was noisy like a building site might be expected. We had not been informed there would be no pool or poolside facilities. However the staff did upgrade us to a quiet part of the hotel. Restaurants...

In general this is a high quality hotel in New Delhi. The rooms are in keeping with the historic feel of the hotel yet provide the expected range of modern amenities. The hotel is located on busy streets and there is some street noise when outside or around the pool area. The breakfast is buffet and is of a very...
