Old world luxury and charm supported by an amazingly helpful and kind staff. The hotel is gorgeous- marble floors, antiques everywhere, mahogany clad fireplaces, tapestry like rugs. You feel like you are walking into an Agatha Christie set. The staff is superior in every way and truly want to help. Breakfast room is stunning in decor and the food is outstanding. The chef makes the best omelettes. I appreciated that both women and men were engaged in multiple service roles within the hotel. The spa offerings are just perfect. The massage and facial were some of the best I have ever had. Offer yourself time by the luxurious pool or indulge in your richly furnished room with excellent linens and towels and traditional marble bathroom. The fruit basket and personally written welcome note were quite an unexpected set of treats along with cookies. Loved the “Himilayan” water. Stay here and relax from a noise filled Delhi.…

This is clearly one of the BEST hotels. I've traveled the world and stayed at many a fine hotel. But here, it feels like Home. Every member of the staff is exceptional. They are not pretensious and really care for your well being. Hotel is the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. Restaurants are excellent as is the spa. Gym could use an Olympic bar. Only has a smith machine. Manish and the rest of the team were excellent. Top notch hospitality

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spent around a week at the Imperial to see Delhi and the surrounding areas and loved everything. The art in the hotel is really special. I had to work for a few days, and the Business center was an awesome surprise! I had my own desk and tea/ coffee. The team there was great, especially Kamaal and Sylvia!

This was an excellent stay walking distance to the centre of Delhi. The facilities were up to par for this hotel and the price. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and special thanks goes to Ms Roshmi Konwar for making our stay most memorable.
