We met Manisha Rawat in our first morning at the hotel at breakfast. She guided us wonderfully through the nuances of Indian cuisine for our first morning. After only 2 hours of sleep she was a friendly and knowledgeable individual who went out of her away to make us feel comfortable! Thank you to her and all the other Meridian staff.
Excellent service and Sentivity shown by Rahul Ahluwalia and Chef Deepak for the Jain food. They were extremely forthcoming on various options and very gladly oriented the cuisine to suit my requirements. Very satisfied with the warm hospitality
Dislike the property, the service, the rooms, the amenities, the time it takes to bring something as simple as dosas at breakfast (40 minutes) and an espresso. Nothing about my stay was good, don’t look forward to staying here ever again. I’d rather stay at bloomrooms than be stuck in an outdated room with outdated mechanisms where the keys to the door don’t work too.
A good place to enjoy a good meal.Family together to celebrate recoupment of the head of the family.Ambience of the restaurant..ONE..good..service excellent..smiling faces..Manager..Rahul very courteous...Supervisors-Ankit andAkshay very helpful and on command with grace...Chef Deepak excellent in laying out a good meal.
Last night I visited to meridien hotel for dinner with my family in Indian Restaurant where we were confused what to order , then we took help of Jaskaran and he suggested very delicious dishes with the help of Chef Anil ,and the best part was when Chef personally took our feedback regarding food .We are really appreciate there efforts and services they made.
All of the hotel staff are very service oriented. We had awesome service at the O1 restaurant staff was the best. Our serve staff was so attentive and professional, Ankit and Rahul stood out amongst others. These 2 were extra attentive. Well done gentlemen.

The service given by mr. jaskaran singh ,mr abhishek thakur and mr shubham jha was very fabulous , they treated us very nicely and the whole monsoon team was very polite to us . We will surely visit again in this restaurent ..
Excellent service and hospitality shown at the Monsoon resaturant by Mr. Sokhi, where he took good care of everything and he very happily oriented us with the cuisine as per our taste requirements. Even the restaurant staff was smiling and ready to help. The bajra millet tikkis wer outstanding. The desert Ras Malai and kulfi was also yummy. The food was very delicious. The restaurant/hotel staff has the positive attitude, ready to help and ready to assist you. Breakfast was also very nice and tasty with number of choices. Very satisfied with warm hospitality.
I had a great experience over here, am highly delighted with the staff services specifically of Sehaj and Gomsi, they helped me a lot. Because of their guidance and assistance my work went smoothly and flawless… Thanks to you guys🌸
I had previously written a negative review (now deleted) about the hotel. This review is an amended version of that review. The Good 1. Mahendra Pratap Singh of the Concierge department was very effective in grievance redressal and making it up. The sole reason I continued my booking at the hotel. 2. Server Manoj at breakfast is very attentive 3. The property is very beautiful 4. The servers and manager at Le Belvedere were great at making it a great dinner The Bad 1. Severe improvement in reservation department is needed. The staff employed are very untrained and unlike Marriott standards. Since this is first point of contact for many customers, it can be a big burden on the hotel. 2. The property needs renovation to keep up with modern hotels and do basic room repairs
