Previously stayed at The Park in January, April and October 2019 and felt welcomed, valued and very comfortable. Unfortunately, returning post COVID in January 2023, I am very disappointed. Whilst the Reception Manager was very good, we did not feel welcomed or valued by remaining staff - in fact the check-in process was uncomfortable and staff abrupt and impatient. Our room was not what we had booked, was not clean and was poorly maintained. When we spoke to reception, we were moved to another room, this was only slightly better. To be fair, we were charged reduced rates following our complaint and room change, however, we would have preferred good customer service, and clean and well-maintained rooms. Breakfast was disappointing not to the standard previously experienced, however, most of the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. Preferring to convey my concerns directly, following my stay I sent a courteous email outlining my disappointment and concerns. There has been no response and I can only assume they don’t care and repeat customers are not valued or respected.…
This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel despite what it says online! Our mattress was well and truly worn through and should have been replaced a long time ago! We laid on our bed and essentially "sunk". The rooms weren't clean and there was mould on the windows. We also had no towels in our room so had to ask housekeeping multiple times to bring us some towels. We were glad to have only stayed the night. Some positives - staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was decent. Tourists be weary of the location when you exit the building. We had a few people come up to us saying they saw us in the lobby of the hotel / work at the hotel, continued to follow us and tried to talk us into going to some market. I suspect they are watching for foreigners who come out of the hotel to target. Location is great if you want to shop at Connaught Place (although i found it very hectic). If you do end up choosing to stay here, it's worth venturing out and having a meal at Daryaganj (not a far walk from the hotel and on the same side), food was delicious here!…
Nice stay its actually 5 star ambience the service are very cool specially the floor manager was so adicated and he was very excited about provide a good service to the guest food is also good. The rooms was very clean and decorated
I booked the hotel for January 26. The hotel was in no way one that should have a 5 star tag. 1) The staff at reception were least courteous. They gave us no details on what our rooms had, how to access wifi, whether there is buffet. Nothing 2) The entrance is so poorly planned. The carpets are all so dirty. The reception area is an absolute mess. 3) We paid for a premium luxury king room, but was given a room that was so tiny. Not sure if really it was worth it. 4) Lastly, the buffet area is so poorly managed. The food tastes unsatisfactory. And is overly crowded. I heard at least 2 people behind us say - We wont be staying here again. Overall, avoid this if you are looking for a 5 star treatment by paying a premium.
Went for dinner with family. Great food and buffet selection. Peaceful ambiance. No crazy loud music which was well appreciated. Also, Great and very professional service by Mr. Abhishek Tiyagi. Highly recommend. Especially for a cosy dinner.
Loved the incredible hospitality and service by Gopal, Abhishek, Vaibhav Shivam and chef Ashutosh. Great food as well. Went here for an office dinner and loved how the time spent here . Would recommend it to others as well.

Stayed here with a tour group. Our room was a bit humid and stuffy (I think there was something wrong with the climate control in our room) but others in the group didn’t have an issue so I think it was just our room and it wasn’t too bad. The staff was very attentive and friendly! Especially enjoyed chatting with our server at breakfast, Mohit
