Hotel's Favourite
This was our favourite hotel whilst we visited India. It has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard and all the staff act with complete professionalism. Our first stay was brief but managed to eat the chefs tasting menu which was brilliant. Our second visit we were upgraded free of charge. We were celebrating our engagement and our room had a huge bouquet of flowers, cake and a petal filled bath. We ordered room service which was restaurant quality. I couldn't fault anything, This is an amazing example of how hospitality should be done!

This is the best hotel in New Delhi. The facilities are excellent and the people who work there make the hotel very special. Everyone there is very pleasant and extremely helpful. The concierge persons (Sachin, Yash and others) were very helpful. Triambika at the checkin/front desk also was very helpful. The Silhouette Salon is very good. The drivers if you need a car are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The Resident’s Lounge was also very good.

I stayed there recently on my birthday for 2 nights. The hotel has the state of the art facilities and is equipped with modern day technology gadgets like Ipad controls. Also, the hotel has set up the benchmark in terms of servicing standards with the best of their employees. All thanks to Vinayak, Nanki, Tanmay, Yabez, Chef Azad, Shubham Gupta, Megha, Vaibhav, Vishal. Special mention for Shubham who created a personalized mug for my birthday and was on always around for any request. Thank you so much The Oberoi New Delhi for amazing hospitality, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful, gorgeously designed and superb staff!! Food was delicious and accommodations were perfect!! Staff , above and beyond!! Every detail of entering,with the front door staff being so welcoming. To the front desk staff and all the rest...treating each guest as if first class! To the chef coming to make sure we enjoyed our meals. To the escort to our rooms and the delightful experience of quiet, cozy and posh accommodation. And the dinner in room was first class. No wonder why Oberoi was rated as the worlds best hotel by Travel & Leisure USA magazine. Great location and room views, especially the 8th Floor room view of the golf course. Well maintained and super clean rooms and bathrooms. Above all, best customer service by the hotel staff and crew. The hotel food restaurants and experience was amazing.
