We were forced to stay here when our preferred hotel was fully booked. Although our agent had booked us in, the very rude and offhand receptionist/manager had no record of it. He grudgingly booked us in anyway. Other staff were much more friendly. Room very small, with powerful deodorant disguising smell of (probably) smoking previous occupier. Stains on sheets. Grey,...

That is a budget hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights. But it was worse than we expected. Towels were very hard and dirty. It makes us fell dirty. Breakfast were less than avarage. But staffs were helpful. Something happened about our key and hot water in the bathroom they came immediately to the room and solved that as soon...

We strayed at Gulnar for three nights and had booked 2 rooms. 5/12 to 6/12 was vey pleasant. Easy check in, absolutely nice rooms for a budget hotel. The cook Rajendra was very humble and obliging with our dietary needs.Food was absolutely delicious and hygienically presented. Arrival on 8/12 was late in te evening with a very rude, judgemental manager...

The quality rooms are average for this range of hotels, expect for what you pay. I stayed there with my mom and auntie from 2/11 till 4/11 and from 8/11 till 11/11. The hotel was very noisy. You can hear all the noise of the corridor from your room. In our first stay there were some firecrackers also. In our...

We had a very nice stay at Gulnar Hotel. We were very stressed out as we landed in Delhi when the government changed some old notes and all the atm and banks were not working. The hotel manager and staff were really helpful and they made our stay really enjoyable. The hotel is modern and has hot water and fast...

This hotel is much more of 1-2star than 3star for us. The place is somewhere near Old Delhi so its scary to walk outside and roam around. Room is okay. But they have terrible wifi here like seriously terrible. Dinner and breakfast is very disappointing. Better to eat outside than eat in the hotel. As for the staff, they were...

It was a nice hotel in a busy area of New Delhi. Pity our only window opened up onto the corridor so the corridor noise was very disturbing at night. Staff warm and helpful especially over the season of Diwali. There was fireworks being let off in the street for two nights - so on the second night - they...

Found the rooms we were given as very small and conjusted. The rooms did not have a window facing the street, in fact they have placed windows right in the alley where people keep passing by and peep. Food was average. Hotel does not have a proper restaurant and found it not so clean.
