I booked an executive room for my husband's birthday and the decoration, cake and services were awesome. Especially the handwritten wishes from the staff. We had a great experience here at the hotel, we had 2 rooms booked. Monu and Kanika were phenomenal they ensured that the rooms were throughly cleaned and spotless during our week long stay. All the sheets and towels were changed daily and they were always available to provide a quick service. Definitely coming back here again. Highly recommended.

It was my parent’s first time with Umrao and I am supremely happy to write this review. They were cordial, Nikhil who was the manager during those hours actually made their visit so easy peasy! The room was nice and toasty with all amendties. Will stay there again wheb travelling.

Good.. service is excellent....all staffs are just a phone call away specially one guy naveen kumar....food is average....pool is not working...may b due to winter...hotel provide us Driver with Innova package...Driver akilesh thivari is good Driver...package is a little high.. We had a very good stay and definitely will come back whenever we visiting Delhi. Superb service by Mr Naveen Kumar from Front Desk office as he manage and handled our luggage during our stay at the hotel.
