What an awful start to our tour of India. This hotel is situated in a scruffy part of town and the neighbourhood seems unsafe. There are no footpaths but plenty of dogs, dirt and odd men hanging around. Inside the story gets worse; it's dirty, noisy and the staff are constantly hanging around waiting for tips and on two occasions...

Dank and Windowless breakfast room with inedible food. Waiter handled bread directly to put in toaster. So unappetising we left and went elsewhere luckily. Next evening a rat ran out from under the buffet table!! The room was dirty, no toilet paper, and towels not replenished. The bathroom matched the rest! Totally unacceptable standard for any price. I've travelled the world...

Not a bad place to stay. The rooms were very nice, clean and tidy. Hot water and wifi all worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, only a few minutes walk to the busy shopping streets. Didn't try the restaurant so unsure of food.

After Char Dham Yatra, I and my wife would reach Karol Bagh in the early morning. I wanted to complete the morning routines and go to airport by 12 noon. So I preferred a non-AC double room. I booked through MakeMyTrip just two days back. I got a room for just below Rs. 1200 (I got discount of more than...

First, the staff. Very helpful, arranged a car and driver for us with minimum fuss as well as some suggestions if what to see on our one day in Delhi. The room was small but adequate, the bathroom tired but adequate. The air con worked, the ceiling fan worked although was too noisy to have on at night. The young...

A well maintained property with spacious room and clean toilets equipped with required amenities. The staff are very courteous, customer service is quick and promptly attended to our requests. Parking is available if you have a car. The buffet breakfast is a reasonable spread. The management is considerate towards requests for late check-out; a cloakroom service is provided.

The location of the hotel is not that great, but the room & bathroom were good, clean. Value for money. The air conditioner worked pretty well and super fast cooling, considering the outside temperature being at 45 Celsius. Very close to Karol Bargh market and 10-15 minutes walk to the metro. Breakfast was also good and had some variety. Stayed...

Stayed here twice and each experience was completely different. First room was at the front of the hotel and was noisy from traffic and barking dogs. Second room was at the back of the hotel and was really quiet and restful. Buffet breakfast offers good choices. Hotel can be noisy from people in the halls. Convenient location for attractions, but...

Exceptional service. Clean hotel. Great facilities. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. This hotel was the first, middle and last stop on my India trip, and what a wonderful introduction to India. I highly recommend staying at Metro Heights to anyone. But for other travellers travelling, please remember in India that the porters etc need their tips. They...
