Never again. The hotel is very near the railway station and that is about the only good thing going for it. It is in a very rough part of Delhi and was a shock to us when we first arrived. When we did arrive from the airport there was building work going on above us and this was at around...

If your budget is very tight, then this is an okay hotel in a dirty part of delhi. If your travelling on your own or in a group with only women dont stay here. It is in a back street and i would not have felt safe alone. There is street lighting, but a risk of being followed at times....

I liked the professional and courteous staff that received us at the desk, then soon found out that everyone from the doorman, to maintenance staff were all so friendly and helpful. Prompt service at the front desk, plus providing an excellent breakfast and a terrific dinner at the restaurant.

I frequently visit Delhi so I am quite familiar with Paharganj’s hotel & their services. I stayed in Chanchal deluxe, clean rooms, peaceful ambience, and excellent breakfast in restaurant (rooftop) which is complimentary & definitely great staff always ready to help you unlike other budget hotels in paharganj. The hotel is in Central Delhi so if you are looking for...

The rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy, and shower was good. Breakfast was ok, with some fruits, bread and butter, eggs, and some spicy Indian things. In general I would advise this hotel for someone on a budged, since the price is good for what it offers. Another good point is that they had free wifi in the lobby....

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days while in New Delhi and to put it nicely it sucked. We were greeted by incredibly rude night staff and escorted to a dirty, cramped room. We requested an upgrade and were allowed to choose a slightly nicer room. It was covered in dust and we were given dirty sheets and...

Mixed feelings here: Hotel rooms are decent, they are clean and the TVs are new, breakfast buffet is nice, but if you are booking through any travel site such as hotels.com be beware, owners ordered me to pay after staying, even though they had an official confirmation of pre-payment, had to threaten to call police. Overall, I would not come...

I'm not a fan of Pahar Ganj and hated how long it took to get in and out of this part of town with all of the traffic around the train station. If you don't mind being in a nasty part of town, this hotel is okay; just make clear that you want your room cleaned. They will try to...

Quiet location in the middle of everything in Delhi. Its not too expensive and the service is the best. This hotel is quite nice, and a good value. The staff was excellent as well.

We found it hard to book a reasonably priced hotel near the centre of Delhi but were lucky enough to find this one. We had a family room which was large enough for the four of us for two nights. There is no restaurant which means you have to eat in your room but I was reliably assured by the...
