Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was not in keeping with some of the reviews. It was under construction and normal navigation was a challenge. The noise of birds in the ceiling and the consistent barking of dogs at night did not lend itself to a good nights rest. The rooms are small and the bathrooms was not what one...

We a group of 8 were at east bourne on 14 & 15 march The hotel is spaious with beautiful interiors and furnishings. The lobby the dinning have a great ambience and looks .The Rooms are very spacious best views The breakfast was superb .The staff also very good. I will recomend this hotel to all

I happened to visit the Hotel for a conference in March this year . Rooms were quite spacious . The toilets are quite small as compared to the rooms The conference hall is quite good.Quality is food is also good. All the floors are not connected to the lift. You have to go to the top floor and walk down...

Rooms We got a complimentary upgrade to a Superior room - spacious huge nice room with a shower panel. Amazing central heating in the room. Hot water is only between 7-11 am and pm similarly so that is something to know. View Surrounded by pine tree forests - so no view of mountains or valleys at all from anywhere. Service...

Do not stay here under any circumstances , stayed for 3 nights and the whole hotel was run down , freezing rooms with heating turned on with noisy heater when guests arrived .The hallways are freezing as no heating . Our toilet basin was blocked when we arrived and was cleared of bottle tops , God knows how long it's...

This is an awesome hotel with good and clean rooms. It is located at a place near the hills and covered by all tress.. fresh air all the time. Good food as well. enjoyed the quite atmosphere there....

We were 14 pax. It was really hard to get into the rooms as all the handles n locks of the doors were damaged n the bathrooms didn't had latches an the bathroom were ahh all junked fittings . They used to give only 1 bottle of water per day per room that's awafull, the worst part they had timings...

I stayed here for a day. This hotel is very far from the main market area which is the mall road. They provide shuttle services to the Mall road but you have to wait for 15-20 minutes before you can get from pne place to another. Rooms are average and basic. This is a property with great potential. The 2nd floor rooms offer great valley view. The a-la-carte food is great. However, - the staff is poorly trained and to a certain extent over reaching - the property has undergone poor maintenance (my last stay here was 2012).
