I have visited in this hotel with my family.after visit ing Goa. And taxi driver took us to this hotel we were four family. Took four rooms. But it was a worse experience of my whole life. We left this hotel next morning and stay in another hotel for 2 nights in less amount with excellent service and quality rooms....

We had booked in le grande hotel hotel but as they did not save rooms for us even after being confirmed by the person who answered the phone so we were booked to that hotel by the staff who took our booking the rooms were no words to describe ,i guess I don't have to describe, as every one must...

This is probably the worst hotel on this planet .... Staff are bad ... hotel is worst !!! Booked the hotel for a quick wash and change and few hours nap and it turned out to be a nightmare !!! Uneducated filthy staff !!! Please be mindful. Stay at the airport or even railway stations and they are much better...

Yuck....this place is atrocious. It is filthy and an absolute rip off. Beware of taxi drivers that clearly get a cut for taking trusting tourists to this hell hole. It's a money making scam!! We asked to be taken to a different hotel but the driver took us here and my husband didn't realise until it was too late. We...

The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the view of the international airport from my room... It actually look like a brothel... Too expensive for the services, dingy lift, I thought I would fall its really a No No!!

Not at all good in any way. We were in two rooms (Rs 3000 each) and our check out time was 6.00 am on 19 the April 2016. We asked for extra two-three hours to check out. One of the manager gave us extra time and told us to vacate one room at 7.30 am and another at 9.00 am....

The manager are chors(thief) in this hotel.by mistake if you sleep and stay extra 2 hours in this hotel they charge you full day amount. I might have went to police against this hotel. But I had to catch international flight.so I did not do more argument with this guys. I am going to attach the amount I paid to...

A taxi driver took us to this 'hotel' after we escaped the hellhole hostel we had booked. First impressions seemed ok, we paid our money, 4000 rupees, and the porter took our backpacks to our room. When we returned from the our day exploring, we had no water at all in the shower and toilet. As we left our room...

we visited it when 15 students from indore came to mumbai for an exhibition. the price that they charged for visitors were much more than similar hotels with better amenities charged. they had a location advantage being closer to the airport though.

Staff is misbehaved..not at all good..take huge charges of room. providing no services and dont know how to behave properly with there guest...i stay in this hotel and experience all this uncultured people working in service industry....very dirty no maintenance. Owner himslef is standing in counter and misbehaving with passenger. them what can you expect from staff ?...Recommended not to...
