I was here for 4 nights on business. This is a very nice property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue was that hot water was barely above room my last 2 nights. This one of the better hotels I have stayed in Mumbai.

Since my last visit to this hotel in 2012, I found that it has become pricey and worn around the edges! The rooms definately need a refurbishment, and the bed linen and towels are showing their age, in the restaurants the food was adequate but could be so much better. The staff were adequate but you didn't get the same... More

I found the hotel adequate in food and service taking the price into consideration. I asked for ice twice and never got it. We stayed 6 nights in the tower on the right and several nights it was rather noisy due to a huge wedding party staying there. By other standards I definitely would not call this a 5 star... More

Rooms are good,. Tht is where it stops. Think about the following: A. 4 days room charges as credit card block even for corporate traveller B. A twin bed palmed off as king bed C. Mosquito infested room ( the hotel common areas also, being next to a lake in justification) D. A breakfast menu which mirrors a budget hotel.... More

I stayed here for some work and found the reception staff to be accommodating. Gave me a great room with awesome view. The food spread is good but the taste could have been better.. What this hotel relly needs is even better service and come up with something new to make their guests stay special

I only stayed one night but the hotel is great with wonderful ambience. The breakfast is fantastic and they had gluten free bread which was a real surprise and greatly appreciated. The common areas close to the outside of the hotel does have a lot of Mosquitos. I got upgraded to huge suite so can't comment on the rooms.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport so when arriving late (or very early) in the morning this is a good place. The rooms are clean, breakfast is OK and the gym as well. Overall an average hotel and depending on the season rather expensive. However taken all into account I will stay here again for a few nights... More

I was there for a conference. When I entered the hotel I just loved the view of it. The interiors, the luxurious facilities and amenities were an add on. Excellent hotel in Mumbai. It's a pretty big hotel, the size of a resort really. Excellent breakfast, gym and WiFI. Comfy bed and not noisy at all for Mumbai. I'd only recommend it if you stay in the north part of Mumbai and you don't have to reach other parts of the city. Navi Mumbai for instance is a good... More
