Single room is small but super clean and with great light if facing the ocean. Staff was also really kind and very helpful. I would stay here again. Rates were very reasonable for Mumbai. Also, hot water was nice in their maintained and clean bathrooms.
We had a good experience here. The Hotel is situated directly in the harbour area. For this advantage it is a very very good price. It is not so easy to find but you will like it here. Especially when you just use the place...More
No air conditioning only fan. The wifi only works in the lobby. There is no private bathroom. Very good value for the location. It is very well located and most rooms have a view to the Gateway of India.
Be aware that there is no lift to this top floor hotel - just 86 steps to climb to get there!

Sea shore hotel, Mumbai is a gud one. Clean, budget hotel in Colaba, helpful staff ( manager requires a special number) , backpackers n traveler 's choice hotel.
It is near Radio club, smd rooms are sea facing, location is prime south Mumbai.
It’s the tourist central of the city with a liberal dose of rich history, iconic eating and drinking joints and artistic connections that have found prominent mentions in Gregory David Roberts’ Shantaram. Stroll down Colaba Causeway for kitschy street shopping bargains. Take a break at the many
laid-back legendary bars & restaurants like Cafe Mondegar or Leopold Café. The vibrant vibe of Colaba is incomplete without the buzz at Mumbai’s most iconic tourist hub, Gateway of India & The Taj Mahal Hotel on the parallel lane. Sprinkled with designer boutiques, quaint cafes with rooftop sea view, the promenade is a popular route to go to Elephanta Caves & Alibaug.
