We went for royal palms sales visit. Found the hotel still in good condition. My last visit was in 2011 for a company conference. The food is good and the best part is the spread of buffet. The hotel has nice done up rooms and big swimming pool. It's a centralized AC hotel, except for the pool area. The roads... More

This is the worst hotel, I have ever been in my life. First, its in a terrible location, bad roads, unlit area. When we arrived at the hotel, there was pretty much just us and one guy at the reception. We did not see any other guests at the hotel, we were really scared for our safety and wanted to... More

Terrible concept of rooms and aisles without any ventilation. You can suffocate yourself if you are staying here. The AC unit is mounted at floor level! It's impossible to sleep on bed as all the cool air goes below the bed! The design of aisles with sealed windows can be a death trap in the event of emergencies like fire... More

It was our Corporate Outbound with the stay at the Hotel and adventure sports included.....but the outcome was quite terrible. The team which booked this must have been bought over by the Hotel's Corporate Brochure.....but the hotel was quite bad. We had lunch @ hotel which had lemon coriander soup which the Chef had obviously never tasted before serving.....none of... More

We booked ourselves at the Royal Palms for a weekend last month as it was our15th anniversary. Our very close friends had visited there a couple of times and had recommended us to go there. We were pretty impressed as the rooms were very spacious as well as very clean. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and... More

The suggestion of staying here came in through one of my friends as an alternate to travelling to Lonavala, as the highway was closed. So stayed here for 2 nights and once you are inside the Royal Palms compound, its hard to believe you are in Mumbai. Its green all around. The adventure games were icing on the cake.

Getting to the hotel was literally a bumpy ride. Pretty secluded location as well. Huge hotel with extremely spacious rooms. The location seemed so far and even the call taxis were hesitant to come there. Not a great place for a family / business stay. Could be useful for large conferences / marriage or any special occasion gatherings but one... More
