We stayed here for few hours, we reached this hotel at 3 in the night, we were extremely tired and very exhausted. The front desk manager was rude and when we asked if we can check out an hour late cause we have come so late at night, he said no. The remote of the AC wasnt working, the sheets...

To begin with, the Fabhotels chain is the most mismanaged and customer unfriendly group I've ever encountered in the hospitality business. For example, we'd booked Fabhotel Mumbai Airport but on reaching there, we were told that rooms aren't available (inspite of having a confirmation from Booking.com). This was at 11 in the night. Savoy suites is a part of Fabhotels...

Been to Savoy Suites with my friend and stayed for nights. The stay has been the best with the type of service and accommodation they provide. Room is very well maintained with a perfect bedding I can ask for. the fine dinning restaurant serves the best Indian and Chinese food. Good spread in the buffet breakfast to make your day....

From horrible service, quality of the food to paper thin walls (no privacy) this has to be one of the worst places to stay at. The staff really care about their guests (it takes them nearly 5 calls and over an hour to bring a towel to the room EVERYTIME). Stay away from this place for sure.

Rooms are ok. But they Don't have Triple bed system as listed in their website. They just provide you mattress and Blanket for extra bed. Room service and Housekeeping are good. If you have flight to catch its good option as Airport hotel. Location is very urban and not many options for malls, restaurants and even transportation.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. I did not have a choice as I was booked here by my company. It was my 1st stay here. No one seemed to be caring about the guests. I could see 3-4 different faces on the counter through the day. The hotel was full of tv reality show participants...
