Horrible experience. CRIMINALS work in this hotel. Management is least bothered. Highly unsafe for women and families.Rooms are very small, dirty sheets, worms all over the toilet. In case of emergencies,be assured that you are going to be stuck inside. I really wonder how these people got an approval for this hotel.Lift operator is an anti social element. Room boys...

On a budget, this hotel offered just what we wanted. Bed and shower. The room was quite small with twin beds, but working air con and good shower. With is being such a big city, everythng is a good walk away, but we were quite close to CST train station and about 40 minute walk to Marina drive. Staff on...

We stayed here twice and both times we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the friendly, helpful staff. They even kept a bag for us while we went on a trip to Kerala. Just three negatives. Firstly the air conditioning units are really loud so bring ear plugs. Secondly the sheets aren't particularly comfortable to sleep under...

There are some big rooms, so maybe the attribute " luxurious" on their card may have a reason. My room was about the minimum size a double can have. And there is not much decorum , everything restricted to the necessary, but that was there. I had AC first, but after coming back from a trip to Aurangabad I took...

I suggest all travellers to see there executive room once. It is very well planned & newly renovated. Best positive point about this hotel is they provide...

Good location near the train station. The managers were friendly and helpful. My room was small and no toilet paper or towel but most backpackers have their own anyway. Good price for Mumbai and lots of delicious local restaurants around the area.

Good location in Fort - much more relaxed than Colaba. We spent several nights here. It wasn't our first pick to be honest, but it turned out nice. Very clean rooms, simple, with TV and A/C. The owner was very friendly and helped us figure out Airtel and trains.

I stayed in 5th floor and it is a Newly constructed floor so the rooms were pretty decent. I had spent 3 hours in searching hotels at that location and this was the best one at that price range. The reception manager is so unfriendly.

Only positive about this place: it is very close to CST-station! Our room was VERY small and pretty dirty. There was a window facing a very little ally (maybe 50cm) and anther building. Which means: our window was facing a kitchen and the smell was absolutely horrible! We had the choice between the smell and no air in our room...
