I stayed here on 17.10.2015 for one day. hotel is very good and situated little outside from the city so location was very quiet... More

I will request everyone to avoid staying in this hotel. I was shocked to learn this is a 3 star hotel. It is better to stay in good budget hotels like Hotel Kalyan (will separately review this) instead of wasting your time with Hotel Roma Palace. Our room didn't have hot and cold running water. Upon checking we were assigned... More

We paid 3000 INR for a double room and it was not worth it at all. pros: - omelette ok and delicious chai at breakfast. - tiled room was fairly tidy cons: - old school hot water system - not enough hot water for 2 people to have a SHORT shower each. The HWS is complicated to use - there's... More

stayed in this hotel in December 2013. Paid 1000 INR per night inc breakfas. Original price was 3000 INR. Reason behing our discount was that we were brough there by our driver from the travel agency from New Delhi. He said he knows the owner hence this deal. But as we discovered they get provisions from every and each customer... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in December. I honestly can't think of one positive thing to say about this hotel. From bathroom taps that splutter out water, no instructions on how to turn on the hot water heater for the showers, blankets on the bed did not seem clean, rooftop pool was empty, tea at breakfast was... Do yourself a favour and don't swim in this pool. The cost for the pool was Rs. 200 for the day but no one seems to have ever cleaned the thing. Public ghats seem like they would be cleaner and more refreshing. Overall stay was decent, excellent rooftop, great location. Our breakfast was included and was mediocre but edible none... More

Ended up in this hotel as running out of options and time was getting on. While on first inspection the room seemed OK, it was actually pretty shabby really. No attempt to make you welcome; no drinking water, no soap, toilet paper etc. and had a request a top sheet. Restauran wasn't open but that didn't matter, plenty of places... More
