The attitude & ego of personnel there kill everything. Nice small building shall be witnessing these negativity always. We couldn’t get rooms in Flair Mont due to some technical glitch for a night and had to settle at Umaid Haveli but the experience was ugly. It pains when you pay such huge amount to a hotel not worth for and then people there including personnel at Front Office & GM show attitude for no reason. Lesson: One should not pay full amount as advance. One must visit such unbranded properties first and then pay the rest.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. We do not believe that asking guests to pay in advance is a bad practice, and we would like to clarify the terms of your booking: 1. You booked a certain number of rooms at a certain rate, and then when you arrived, you asked for canceling some rooms. This is not justified under any circumstances. 2. Found this place to be overhyped on social media and is not in the league of 5 stars in terms of stay, quality of service, food, staff etc. while the tariffs are almost as high as the nearby 5 stars. It’s better to spend around 10% more and go for a better place.

Clean ambience. Every staff radiate joy and happiness. Food was excellent. Property is a bit far from main city but hotel has arrangements with local taxi services. Furnishing is very aesthetically done matching with heritage haveli. Very pleasant experience overall.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, it was a well maintained property. Very neat and clean rooms as well as surroundings. The staff was courteous and helped their guests whatever way possible. Room was equipped with all basic amenities and the art work on the ceilings of the entire hotel was worth mentioning. The property had that roof top swimming pool, extremely beautiful hill views you can enjoy from the pool. The hotel had all sorts of recreational activities includes TT table, chess board, Chinese checkers, Table football, badminton, cricket kit etc. Breakfast menu was also great on both days, a good combination of North & South Indian food. I liked the variety of options they served with good quality and taste. Also, they had provision for the drivers to freshen up. This place was certainly far from Jaipur city, but I think that gives you an experience to spend sometime outside city crowd in peace. This place is surrounded by other great properties nearby. Its a hotel which is trying to build the rajputana charm on a new property and it sure does that by some extent. Its a good hotel which can give you the feel of rajputana feel. The service was good and the hotel staff were also courteous. The food you can say was slightly above average. The games room was alright the TT table is for kids.
