If you love staying somewhere with charm and character that's a little quirky - then please stay here.... it's beautiful. It's not polished but if you want that then stay in a modern hotel. It's clean, the staff are attentive and the food was very good... it's a little walk from the main town and the amazing attractions which you...

This is an old colonial style building with features to match, very different to the modern style hotels. The place therefore has certain idiosyncrancies not present in a modern day hotel. The manager Prakesh was very helpful, and his staff did their best to make us comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much.

Yes it is crumbly and old and in need of repair but it is authentic and has enormous charm and the staff are heartbreakingly sweet. Paresh Rao, acting GM, could not have been more friendly or helpful and everything can be forgiven for such warmth and a genuine wish to make your stay comfortable. No-one is hanging around for a...

An impressive old building set back from the hustle and bustle of city life. On arrival you will be overwhelmed by the main lounge area which is amazing with huge chandeliers, a very high ceiling and it gives a real impression of what affluent life was like over 100 years ago. However once you are shown to your room and...

This is a quaint old Rajasthani house. The hotel is family owned and operated. It's in the front court and the family have their residence in the back. The hotel is old world charm with high-ceiling large rooms decorated with period pieces. There's one central large sitting room that adjoins a small breakfast area. Food is adequate - it offers...

It has charm and character but it is in need of modernisation/ upgrade re wiring , heating etc . Excellent breakfasts but dinner needs to be ordered 40 minutes in advance ( cooked in separate...

This is a small quaint place with exceptional staff. Beautiful grounds with peacocks and friendly dogs that feel like family. Bed linens need better cleaning. Wifi access poor but still quite lovely. Owner was very helpful in many ways with our unique needs. Steep stairs to room would prevent handicap travelers from enjoying this location. The room smelled like roses...

Loved the stay in this place, rustic old world charm with a lot of history. The host pallavi is a very warm person and so is the manager Paresh. The food is excellent and the host has taken every effort to comfort the guests at their best. Look forward to visit the place sometime if an oppurtunity comes up. My...

Pallavi's palace was an oasis in hectic Jaipur. Pallavi, who's family own the castle, was a gracious host, and did everything she could to make us feel welcome and looked after. The staff couldn't be more attentive and friendly. The rooms are big and very ornate. The palace is a little bit run down but it just adds to its...

This place was such a delight to stay at. Rooms were spacious, food was good, and location was central. But the definite highlight of this hotel is hotel manager Paresh. He was informative and helpful, taking the time out to draw a map of places to see n where to shop at local market prices. He is most definitely an...
