We checked in this hotel on 10.10.21. We had booked the signature room No. 504 situated at the top floor . Hotel owner, Sajid ji, each and every staffs are very helpful. The room is very clean, tidy, with necessary amenities. Bathroom is very clean with modern fittings. Now I come to the "mountain view from hotel" issue. The hotel situated in a location where one can see the Kanchenzengha range sitting in the room itself without any obstacle. The magnificent view is so serene that one can spend the entire morning just sitting at the couch. The roof of this hotel give a splendid view of the mountains.The room has WiFi connection with MI TV and one can enjoy favorite web series. Now, most importantly the appetite part.... this hotel has a very good restaurant with delicious menu. They have a team of good chefs. Food is very tasty, maintaining all hygienic measures, they make fresh cuisine as per one's choice. We had our child with us who can't eat spicy food. Thus the restaurant provided food as per the baby's comfort. It has lift facility. Many hotels do not have lift. So if you have aged persons with you, this will help them for a better stay.

The place is located in a nook in the Gandhi road, this making the location accesible to market. The place very small but newly built, so comfortable. But the management is unprofessional. I reached late after booking, they never called to confirm my arrival and upon arrival said there's no parking since I wz late. Although my room was in the mid of market opposite a construction site, I did get a clear view of Kanchenjunga from my window. Probably that was the reason I justified the premium I paid for an average hotel room for that price. The staff of Ok. Restaurant is also Ok type.not much to write home about.

Pink mountain is one of the best hotel i have ever come across. The staff and housekeeping department is upto the mark and they are very cooperative. One of the guest in my opposite room fell down and was bleeding profusely. The receptionist naresh and makshood coordinated well and some other guest helped her to go to hospital. Makshood went along with them to hospital and the guest had stitches on the nose . The hotel staff were with the guest till she came back. Only improvement I think should be made is the flooring too slippery,so some antiskid mats should be their for the safety of the guest

Do not fall into the trap of the room type written as "Luxurious" as the window of the room will show the dirty wall of the building next to the hotel. They will demand Rs 1000 extra per night for changing the view of the window (Signature room). Please book carefully as this is not an experience you want.

A very positive point of pink mountain is staff and food, cannot imagine better jain food than this, even after facing the challenges of hill station. Staff is very polite and gives excellent service. Hotel location and room is moderate!!

High price doesn't justify it's services as Front desk staff behaviour was pathetic Very poor quality service, Food quality and veriety were also very less Lift was not in order, has a fare chance of stuck in lift frequently. Room quality and service was very poor. Finally it was a waste stay and faces a lot of attitude from front desk staff. It is not worth staying as it is clear waste of money.

I Farhan Iqbal had a great experience with the Hotel. Pink mountain staff was incredibly helpful,especially Mr Maksud he made sure that I was at my best comfort zone . The room was wonderful and clean, And Mr Adnan made my travel absolutely amazing and hazzle free providing me the best Transport.I'll recommend this hotel to my colleagues and my closed ones as well

A nice budget hotel with location walking distance to Mall road. Rooms are good and bed is comfortable. Hot water is available which is very important is such cold atmosphere. Important to note it is pure vegetarian hotel and breakfast and dinner were very good. Mr. Naresh Karki at reception was very supportive and helped for everything.

Our stay at Pink Mountain was amazing. The staff was polite courteous and very professional. The owner Mr. Sajid Ali took personal care and made sure we were very comfortable. The view from the room was mesmerising . Rooms were clean and the food was good. It’s 5 mins walk from Chowrasta. We couldn’t help but extend our stay. It almost felt like home. You can see the entire mountain range. Our experience at the hotel was memorable.

I had a very good experience at pink mountain Hotel. The support staffs are very friendly. Specially the incharge of the restaurant and front lobby. Mr. Naresh was very helpful to take care of us. Even though the room and amenities needs bit improvements, the continual help from Mr. Naresh helps us to overcome it.
