I had stayed in this hotel from 23rd October2016 to 25th October 2016 and checked out at 8AM morning for Bagdogra.The hotel manager will not give you any money receipt for the hotel bill.Worst food.Never take any food in this hotel.The manager S.Gangopadhay is a cheat and disconnect Geyser after receipt of full payments. No card faciliyy. You have to give hard cash. The tour operator Samshher is a number one fraud. He will receive money and will not give you receipt for it.I had to obtain the MR through my tour opetator.Worst cars are proveided with ill behaved driver. Be careful of your luggage. Never allow them to clean the room in your absence. You will be robbed. Worst tea and snacks are supplied draining your purse.Always see that the geyser is switched on.They are in a habbit to switch off the geyser and take the plea that it is not functioning. Useless hotel. If I give my remark it is with poor management and worst behaviour.

Thank you for your valuable reply. Sir first we want to inform you that we will never switched off our geyser switch if the guest are already in the room. we switch on our geyser switch when our guest is check-in. and switch off the switch when the guest will check-out.
And our staffs are not a thief. if the guest are not there in the room we will never allow our staffs to enter in that room.
And sir we dont have our own car. We arranging cars for the guest. And at that time all the things will happen verbally. Driver are not going give us any bill against of tour, We are not a travel agent sir. If guest wants cab facility from us then we will arranged it for them. We never misguide our guest when they are staying with us.
When you are booked rooms from any travel agents we give the bill to them only. They will give you the bill against of your booing. Between us and the travel agents have a special rates that we are not disclose to the guest.
