Pace of play is a premium here which is VERY refreshing. They told us at the start they expected us to play in 2hrs per 9. And we did just a little over that. Would have easily made it if my cart had not broken down on 14. They got a new cart out to us quickly. Good course, old...

Almost missed having a campsite after going to considerable trouble to plan a weekend with family, total of 3 travel trailers. If my niece had not been on site a day early to pay for and hold a site for my family and my other family member we would not have had sites. Had to pay for a night we...

A group of college friends met at Point Mallard Golf Course and it worked out very well. Very nice course and staff was very accommodating. Greens and fairways were in great shape. Nice pro shop for a public course. $25 for a round of golf on a week day was a bargain. Would not hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our camp here. Great staff, we had trouble with our camper and they were very helpful in getting us going again. Great park , we stayed in a pop up camper, and there is lots of shade. Bring an extension to your sewer line cause the distance is about 20 ft , very clean bath houses with...

Didn't stay in any hotel at the park. We played golf and the course is one of the best kept in north Alabama in my opinion. The greens definitely spoil me as they are 2 and 3 times larger than my home course. Fairways are exceptionally well kept too. I'd make this my regular course if it wasn't for the...

The campground is a clean and pleasant campground for a night or long term. Those who are currently long term keep their areas neat and orderly. It's wooded with lots of birds. The hosts are sweet and helpful. The bathrooms are ok. We didn't use the waterpark, but it looked like fun and we will have to try it sometime....

We enjoyed our trip to Point Mallard Water Park. For the price, there is plenty to keep you busy all day. My kids enjoyed the waterslides and the olympic pool and diving boards. We will return in the future.

We took our 4 kids ( ages 3-7) to the park on a Tuesday, which was nice, because the park is half price Monday through Thursday, with the added perk of having an additional 5.00 off for military. Kids 4 and under are free, and kids 5-11 are 15.00. Adults are 20.00; there is no allowance for non swimmers, so...

How can people from out of town afford to drive here without reservations. They can't!!! They should at least keep half the park for reservations. That's what most other parks we've visited do. Makes a person think out of towners aren't welcome here. Very disappointed.

Used Good Sam to find campgrounds open all year. This is in the city of Decatur, but you don't feel like you are in town. Sites are easy to get in with big rigs. Full hook up and 50 amp service. Friendly staff. Have campground hosts. Would use again traveling by.
