It depends on what building you are staying in. Some buildings require $20 per vehicle. If you rent through Mandoki Hospitality, it is included.

Never saw anything for rent. Several of the stores in town have them for sale , even the independent grocery store across the intersection from Walmart. We bought a couple there.

the unit I was in wasn't wheelchair accessible. I was in a bottom floor. There wasn't any ramps for a wheelchair that I saw.
