Nice park with friendly people. It is convenient to the beach, the Hangout, and several good restaurants. The bath house we used was fine, and the pool looked nice. Wifi was spotty at best. We will be trying to book here for our next stay.

didn't visit the wash house, pool, or community center~ the laundry facility appears to be very new. Up grades are through out the park. A couple blocks to the beach, although they are NOT pet friendly, which was a real disappointment. i could see in the summer that it would be a problem with so many condo's and hotels, but...

this park was recommended and I'm so happy I decided to stay for 6 weeks. The site is beautiful, 2 blocks to the beach, shops, etc within walking distance, a paved biking/walking path through the park nearby, folks in the office go the extra mile (literally)!

We have stayed at this resort several times. We love the Gulf Coast so we visit Alabama on purpose and always stay at this campground. The sites are spacious and paved. There isn't much grass, but any time you spend outside is either under your awning to get out of the sun or you're at the beach! This campground is...

First the name is deseptive. It's not a Luxuary resort. But it's a clean RV camping area. Sites have patio pads, clean but area is sandy. Pool clean, smaller but nice. Bath houses and restrooms clean. Full hookups. It's about 4 blocks from public beach access and central to hangout. Plenty of restaurants near. Yes there luxury resorts around but...

The Campground is very convenient to the Hangout, the public beach and a lot of shops. They have a very nice laundry room. The only problem I have was too much (grass bur) for me, couldn’t keep then out of my carpet and pets paws. There were no shade trees, and can’t have a canopy, your awning was not enough.

I stayed the month of April in a motorhome. There is ample room between sites and everything worked, except WIFI which was weak and spotty as in most parks (why?). I was able to walk or ride my bike to the beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants. The resort is thoughtfully surrounded by a wetlands area creating a natural buffer....

Luxury might be a stretch, but it is a nice place. Sites are paved and ample size. Some reviews note problems when it rains, but it rained like crazy during our visit and there were no problems at all. Not many amenities (pool was under construction), but who needs them with the heart of Gulf Shores right down the street....

This is a very nice place if you love the beach. You can walk to the beach, about three blocks from it. Staff is nice. Nothing "luxury" about it, but nothing wrong with it. You can walk to several stores and restaurants. It is not a big RV place, so it does not get noisy.

Campground is within walking distance of beach. Also within walking distance to lots of restaurants, zoo, waterpark, souvenir shops and a Dollar General. The park is very clean and all sites are on concrete pads with picnic tables. There is a swimming pool on premise. Only drawback is there aren't many trees, so shade is sparse. Staff is very friendly...
