Premier Deluxe Rooms were spacious. Staircase to the upper levels where rooms are a bit steep though. Overall a good stay with friendly and helpful staff. Location is ideal to step out to the weekend night markets and surrounding temples. Hotel restaurant's food is average though, best to walk out.

Nestled in Jonker Street, this boutique hotel exudes charm and homeliness. Stepping into the hotel gives a sense of visiting a friend's home, helped in no small part by the warm reception staff. Our room on the first floor is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated where even the huge flat screen tv is blended discreetly into the room decor. The...

The location was perfect if you want to walk along the famous Jonker Street, munis the hassel of driving and looking for parking. The hotel has its own private parking behind the building. Staff was friendly. Requested for late checkout, instantly they agreed. Would recommend to friends.

A great little place in the heart of historic China Town. I'd had a nightmare getting to Melaka from Singapore, stuck in traffic all the way due to my trip coinciding with the end of Ramadan. Added to that none of the taxi drivers would take me from the bus station into town because of the traffic so I had...

we went there following the suggestion of a famous guide. However we didn't feel very comfortable and the room was ancient. Anyway, location was perfect and very central. We didn't try other services. Wifi is free

We chose this hotel because it was a heritage hotel right on Jonker Street, in the thick of all the action during the weekend markets. We had a family room which was charming and perfectly adequate in amenities. What made this hotel a winner for me was the staff at the front desk, who handled all our queries and complications...

My aunt previously stayed at this hotel 6 months back and made sure we stayed here again. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, with very prompt service. The rooms were clean but definitely not spotless; the shower was large and the bathroom was spacious. The best was the location of the hotel, it is in a prime location on...

This is my second time visiting Malacca and I pick up this hotel. We stayed in a family room with two big beds. The check in and registration was good and warm. We were given a glass of cool welcome drink which is what we really need. The room was big and clean. The room came with a ceilling fan...

We stay here with my family after a trip from Johor back to kl on weekend. This hotel is very near to all the tourist spot like red house and "A famosa". The room here is average not up to my expectation. The room price is not worth it. We take our dinner at protugese village just 15 minutes drive...
