Location : The best part of this hotel is its location. Be it shopping, food and Melaka historical sightseeing is just a walking distance. We walked to Menara Taming Sari, Kota Famosa n even to a night Riverside cruise. No need to move your car from the parking lot. Rooms : We booked a twin bed junior suite, spacious enough...

Location is good - Mahkota Parade & Dataran Pahlawan Megamall, easy accesible to food, shopping, spa. There is a link bridge that connects to Dataran Pahlawan and from this mall you will be able to walk to heart of the Melaka history places - Dutch settlement, Stadthuys, Christ Church and to Jonker Walk. It will take estimated 20mins and nice...

The Hatten is a very large hotel with many tourists from mainland China. We felt overwhelm by the sheer numbers. The hotel staff and service were average, being a large hotel they don't get to know you or chat to you and I thought it was impersonal. I'd personally prefer to stay at a boutique hotel where the staff took...

Checked into 4 deluxe suites/rooms, 2 twin & 2 double. Twin rooms are popular, so if double rooms work, would be easier to book that instead, so that you can get adjacent rooms for big groups, else you would be on different levels. If you are in a big group, you can try to request for breakfast buffet at the...

Best thing about Hatten is its location. Smack in the middle of shopping malls and great food places. Hatten itself has H&M and Sports Direct in it. There are a few branches of Scents and Senses (Thai massage place) around it too. Hotel itself is quite new so furnishings are nice. Only problem is Deluxe rooms (with 2 beds) closely...

The hotel location is good. It's at the heart of the town. The staff are friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. The rooms are new and clean. Parking also available infront of the hotel with limited lot. The breakfast has quite a wide spread. Overall the hotel is good. The only one thing bad is the waiting time...

The hotel has a great location but in the car park there is no signage show where is the hotel. We spent about 20 minutes to locate the hotel. The room is OK with 2 TV but need improvement on the wifi as we noticed that we have to log in every single time just wonder why :(. The breakfast...

This hotel has a great location and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately that is as good as it gets. The rooms are ok, but nothing great. Others have mentioned rooms are very big but to me they are not that big, slightly above average that you would find in a decent hotel. The breakfast is again average and that is...
