This is second time visit to this hotel. Staff is very friendly, hard working. A bit of history of this hotel and a lot of antiques in this hotel. I stayed in room at the 1st floor. There is no view in the room although it came with a window. Corridor to my room is quite scary. It's like dimmed...

What a nice place in a great location of old Malaka. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious whilst still holding the Malay charm. The staff, although always busy are polite and attentive. The breakfast was nice without extravagance. Given the chance, i will return to this very nice hotel

A boutique Peranakan hotel with basic amenities, room service, and windows looking out to the courtyard (not much view). The design of the room and shower area is not so impressive but you have eveeything you need. The room could be better lit. Hot water was sufficient. The beauty of this place lies in the historical details lining the lobby...

Situated on a road parallel to Jonker Walk and about 5 minutes walk away. Secure car parking is available about 70m downstream on a one-way street. Umbrellas essential in rainy weather - no covered parh from the hotel to the carpark, no covered porch for the hotel for alighting/pickup and Jonker Walk is basically uncovered. The hotel is beautifully decorated...

Hotel has expanded since the last time i stayed a few years back. Parking is very far from hotel so you might want to drop off your luggage and passengers outside the hotel before you park. Lift to every floor level is good. Staff friendly but room dated, TV ancient, there were ants when food was placed in the room....

Hotel staff require significant hospitality training. When I arrived, one male who worked there stared at me in a most disconcerting and inappropriate way - this meant I felt uneasy from the outset. Concerning to read on Trip Advisor that this is not the first time for this type of feedback from a female guest. First hotel I've stayed at...

We stayed for 4 nights in a superior double. First impression was the entrance hall which had lots of furniture to keep one interested, with couch and a table with chairs which we made use of in the evening. Further into the hotel is a small museum and picture gallery. We were located on the 1st floor. The room was...

I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hotel Puri. The rave reviews were spot on. The location, staff, atmosphere and even breakfast are great. I absolutely loved staying in the UNESCO World Heritage area. The spa is also really nice and affordable. Judy gave me one of the best massages of my life, which was much appreciated after several...

1/ can feel that hospitality is very poor in the first place. 2/ the room we get is not what we want. But aside , ants are crawling on the wall more than one spots. 3/ requested to call for a cab driver to go to coach terminal. After 15 min, no one replied. Then when we tried to get...

We have been staying at this hotel for more than a decade. It is a small Boutique Hotel right in the centre of the Jonker walk historical area of Melaka. Hotel itself used to be a rich Chinese traders "long house" which upon entering opens up into a moderately large hotel complete with inner courtyard and pond areas. The entrance,...
