We made a last minute decision to visit and called up for reservation, the receptionist was very helpful in taking reservation but feels a bit insecure to have to provide the credit card details over the phone... They reserved the school nearby to extend their parking facility so that was great help especially in the busy strip of town. The...

A lovely colonial style hotel located only a few minutes walk from Jonker St. Room was comfortable and overlooked the internal courtyard. Breakfast was impressive and the atmosphere of the hotel was delightful. Our BIG disappointment was the reception staff -pedantic and unhelpful when we arrived just after mid-day -yes we had to come back after 2pm to check-in. It...

The staff here were excellent. We were travelling with an infant who got sick in the middle of the night. When we asked for help finding a doctor late at night, they sorted it out immediately and without any fuss. They arranged a car to wait for us and called ahead to make all of the arrangements for us. Couldn't...

There are many boutique hotels located in Jonker Street, but this hotel stands out from the rest because of the friendly services. The rooms are pretty standard & clean (nothing to shout about)but the lobby; the garden cafe; and the breakfast lounge are very impressive. And, I must say the breakfast is suprisingly good - a mini buffet set up...

Loved the old school style of this hotel and the city, even we spent only one night there but we were impressed and experienced by the nice ancient style, and also this hotel is close to tourist places. And my most favourite place nearby is the weekend night market nearby called "Jonker Walk". Don't miss it!

Right in the middle of Chinatown, which is the place to be here. We had the suite, and it's fabulous. I agree that there's no fancy service here, and some things are a tad basic, but it has good courtyards and its a relaxing escape in the centre of things.

The only fault I can find with this hotel was the unfriendly older woman at reception. Maybe she was just having a bad day. All the other staff were lovely as was the hotel itself. We were on the third floor and were lucky enough to have a small balcony which was great for drying our clothes. The location is...

Nice boutique hotel. Room is small, simple and clean, no hotel fancy service. Can only accomodate 2 person. Fortunately we managed to get 2 connecting rooms for 2 adults and 3 children. Price is reasonable which include breakfast. Breakfast is nice and good. Nice environment within hotel to let us understand the history of the founder and penerankan culture. Good...
