A very heritage styled hotel with awesome unique decor of the hotel. Very strategic locations and walking distance to Jonker Street. You can park your vehicle at the hotel and walk around to the city.

This is an actual Baba House that has now been turned into a museum. All the furniture and decor are true to the owner, which is fascinating. I am a Nonya myself, so much of the info was not new to me, but having a guide book and being able to wander around on my own was a fun way to explore, rather than having a guide talk the whole time. The place is dark, but this is the way the old houses were built. The place is cool and airy, even though there are few windows and the weather is very hot outside. It is a very good glimpse into life as a Baba in the old days.

The Baba House is ideal for those looking to parked themselves in the heart of Malacca's happening street (Jonker Street). It is very affordable. The Baba House exemplify the architecture of the Baba and Nyonya. Looks small from the outside but once you are in it, you will be surprised to see how long it is. Food is also not a problem as they are many local food at a very affordable price. Ideal for backpackers too. The rooms are very basic but it does the job.

We stayed here when we were travelling around malaysia. It was cheap and good for a budget, with that in mind what you get is great for the money. But don't expect 5 star facilities. We loved it here. Great location, great price.

The room is well themed.....But the room is without windows. The room is very moist and condensation caused the floor very wet. Room service is bad as my sister request for an iron and clearing of rubbish can was not done. Free wifi have a very bad signal.
