The place wasn't far from Jonker street. The owner was friendly. But the room was smaller then expected, my friend and I shared a luggage and that 1 luggage literally took half of the empty space, I suggest you to clean up the space before you sleep if you don't want to step on your things in the middle of...

Okay I'm only commenting on the laundry service here. The signage outside/inside gives the impression that the hotel has a 24 hour self service laundry. It hasn't and I found the young guy who ran it a bit off hand (maybe he was having a bad day), clothes though were returned clean and on the same day - no complaints...

Now named the Monkey Motel. The place is a little tough to locate if you are going for the old name. Place is located on Jalan Kasturi off the Jonker Street. My room was very spartan. But then again, I only 10 dollars for it. It was just a small room with a queen bed and very little space other...

I like how convient the inn is located. Just a few seconds walk away from most of the attractions in melaka city. The owner is friendly and he even helped me in giving directions to the bus-stop to Melaka sentral. There's air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and 24h laundromat. There's also movie-screening on certain evenings. Shared bathrooms. You'll be given two keys -...

I have stayed in this inn twice. It is located in Jonker Street, getting around Jonker Street is easy. We were given 2 keys (one for the room, one for the main entrance) because we need to open/lock the door ourselves at night. I think the safety there is ok as there's a cafe that open until midnight on the...

the good part was.....Location. In the middle of chinatown which is the most interesting area of melaka. the bad part was............Everything else!!!. Lets' start with cleanliness. The bottom sheet of the bed had long black hairs on it. I have a crew cut and sleep alone so they were someone else's hair from a prior guest! Obviously no change of...

It was my first time staying at Santo Inn. We were welcome by a friendly staff, Andy. I like the concept of the guest house with the olden-kind of house (wooden floor), wooden chair and deco. The bed was okay except pillows were a little soft. The room was in good condition(looks new too) and clean. Don't have to worry...

We stayed at the santo inn for 4 nights in november 2013. The room was very small but clean. The showers were not so clean, it was a lot of ants in the bathrooms. The guy who workes there is very kind and nice, but he is the only one who's working at the hostel so the security is very...

Very simple, but location is perfect - heart of Malacca, but quiet enough. Bathroom needs a little refreshments and more cleaning, I would like second bed sheet, and walls are very thin, but every other things are perfect - friendly staff, comfortable bed and l like their minimalistic decor of white and black and splash of color. Hot water is...

It was a good location to stay nearby the Jonker Street. The owner was nice and friendly. The room is comfortable and it's really feel like i'm home. The surrounding environment is clean. It's worth to spend money and time to stay there. I was enjoyed my trip!
