Wendy checked us in and was very helpful in providing info about somewhere to eat supper. There was a problem with the toilet not flushing. We'd have to flush it twice. I reported it the next morning when we checked out, Sharon wrote down the info. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. The bottom of the...

Conveniently located within walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was very spacious and a comfortable bed. Everything worked perfectly especially the a.c. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place is disgusting. I really wanted to like it based on location - but it's just nasty. I should've known when I saw a homeless guy digging through their trash at 5pm, but I thought "they can't help it." Then I went in the room and saw the 2 inches of dirt on the bathroom tile floor and the...

This is an apartment complex coupled with a "hotel". Within the first 4hrs we were harassed by 2 of the apartment tenants and had a homeless guy digging through the dumpster just behind the room. Additionally, the room was pretty dirty. I wiped the floor with a towel and it was black after one swipe. The door only opened after...

Friends and I had booked a cruise out of Mobile and decided to drive down the day before. We needed a hotel for the one night and preferably one that offered a park and cruise package, since the parking fees at the port parking garage are quite high. We found a great package at this downtown Quality Inn, just a...

Overall not too bad. Very good location near Dauphin street.good price, breakfast is ok with the usual stuff.kind of small room. Rooms have wood floors, not my favorite. Smelled musty in room and floor very dirty, have to wash my feet to feel ok. Dusting is cheaper than vacuum but hard to keep dust away. Bathroom could use update. Bed...

The reasonable price and comfortable room was fine with us--it's seldom you can find a fairly good hotel in a downtown district, and we were pleased with this one. Unfortunately the hot breakfast was never delivered, so this was a minus, but everything else was fine...quiet, convenient, comfortable. Worth checking out unless you're looking for something more luxorious

I have two different experiences at the same place, first arrived late Saturday and was given a room on a shady corridor, with a bad odor. Next day was moved to a nicer updated room. So I guess a lot depends on what room you get. Breakfast is basic, it has "hot" items but is "eggs" and sausage from a...

This seems to be an older facility, but is priced accordingly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to walk to the bars and restaurants on and around Dauphin Street. Several museums are also within walking distance. We encountered no safety concerns. Parking is included. So if you do not mind the wear that shows in...

We were helped by Liz B. to establish a group of rooms the night before our cruise departure. She was so easy to work with. So were the Desk associates! I appreciated the ease in which everything happened. They have a package where you can stay the night and get a shuttle to and from the port if you are...
