Great place to stay if you’re going for a concert at The Wharf. It has a nice pool. The restaurant next door was great for an app and drink before the concert. Large room also with sofa. The pool was my favorite part of the property.

Pool area was nice. Room not clean, hair in shower and cracker crumbs on sofa.breakfast was spring hill weird as in none of the hot stuff went together. Breakfast sandwich and 2nd offering s rambled eggs? Elevator certificate 6 months expired. Toilet ran all night. Staff was friendly and it was close to stuff to do

The rooms are very spacious. I enjoyed having a mircowave and minifrdige. Also the gym is quite large. Free breakfast was sufficient. Walking distance to the wharf shops. Large pool and hot tub. Free parking

Great front desk Staff, they are very friendly. The rooms are large and spotless. Good location and ample parking. Near a large shopping center and a 10 minutes drive to the beaches. Overall a great hotel to stay.

We stayed for a night with our 3 kids. The family room was great and had lots of space. I liked that the shower/toilet areas were separate. The beds /bedding were comfortable. The hotel was clean and newer. We had a balcony with marina view which was nice. We had a 5-minute walk over to the shopping area to eat.

We had a long travling trip we had just completed upon arriving and the 1st thing we notice was a friendly staff of ladies at the front desk greeting us in with a smile. Stephanie was an absolute angel from the beginning she was so helpful, she took the extra steps to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and she made sure the stay would be great for us. We have stay at alot of Marriotts but because of her amazing customer service we will never forget this stay. Jen was a charm as well , very sweet and she made sure we also had a great stay. The rooms were nice and the customer service was AMAZING so definitely give this hotel a strong 5 out 5.

We make an "impromptu" stop at this hotel during a side-trip on our summer road trip. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip...so good that we intended to stay one night, but ended up changing our schedule and stayed two nights. The friendly folks working at the desk to greet you really take this hotel above and beyond. Stephanie at the desk was super, super helpful, and made us feel so welcome and appreciated from the minute we got there. She is a gem! The front desk manager was also so kind and especially accommodating in helping us extend our stay without changing rooms. This is a great hotel--here are the things we LOVED: -Comfortable rooms that are smartly designed --I love the bathrooms at Springhill Suites! -Location! This hotel is located a short and safe walk from a fun entertainment/shopping district called The Wharf. There are several great bars and restaurants here. -WE SAW DOLPHINS FROM OUR HOTEL ROOM WINDOW!! Just amazing! You can also hop on a dolphin cruise boat right outside the hotel at the marina. *Hotel guests get a discount on tickets too! -The pool area is gorgeous! -The hotel is not on the beach, but we drove to the beach and it was only about 7 minutes away. Beautiful beaches! -The famous Flora-Bama bar is just a short and reasonably priced Uber ride away. We saw several fun bands there--and had some great cocktails at their beach bar. Arrive before 6 pm and there is no cover charge. -The breakfast is pretty good--above average for a hotel breakfast. Great coffee! We travel quite a lot, and we love Springhill Suites, but this particular location goes above and beyond to make guest comfortable. Stayed at this beautiful hotel on the marina with gorgeous views. Good breakfast. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The staff was very friendly. I will be back very soon. Excursions boat rides.

$1,302.89 - Was STOLEN from me from this SpringHill Suites Hotel. We had reservations June 1st & June 2nd. My wife tested positive with COVID prior to our stay, on May 31st.( the day before we were suppose to check in ) I called the 1-888 number on my reservation to let them know. I was talking to a call center not the actual hotel. I was informed by the agent in order to get a refund I had to call the hotel direct. He gave me the number and I called them. I spoke to Cartez, he informed me that he couldn’t help me that he had to speak to the General Manager. He said he would, and he would call me back because the GM wasn’t available. I waited more than 24 hours and I hadn’t heard from him. So, I called back, he said he still didn’t have an answer, keep in mind this was June 1st and this was the day I was supposed to check in. Then, I heard a lady in the background say, we are not refunding his money!! Cartez, repeated the message, I ask why, we have Covid, surely you don’t want us showing up to your hotel with Covid, that would be so disrespectful of us and not to mention all the other hotel guests. We would never do that. He told me my reservation had been canceled. I said that’s impossible I was waiting to hear back from you!! He said the agent I spoke to the day before canceled our reservation. I informed him I NEVER gave that agent authorization to cancel my reservation!! Yes, I spoke to him about the reservation but because the agent couldn’t give me a refund that agent instructed me to call the hotel directly to take care of the cancelation and my refund. So, that was exactly what I did! Keep in mind I paid $1,302.89 for my two-night stay. Now, I was informed my reservation was canceled ( without my permission ) my credit card was charged $1,302.89, and to make matters worse the hotel turned around and re-sold the room!! What they did was CRIMMINAL!! They stole this money from me. I ask Cartez to please let me speak to the General Manager, he said the manager wasn’t available. He offered the manager’s e-mail address but, I said no, I’d like the manager to call me, I’m old school, I want to talk to the manager. To this day I have not received a call from the hotel. Later in the day, I called the hotel back, I ask for Cartez but, he didn’t talk the call. It went to voice mail so I left a message, leaving my name and I requested him to return my call because I did want to get the General Manager’s e-mail address so I could write him / her to share the story I wrote above. Once again, I didn’t receive a call back, no communication at all from SpringHill Suites. ( Hopefully someone from SpringHill Suites will see this review and they will contact me. ) If I could give zero stars, I would. We were treated terribly!! This hotel took our money, re-sold the room, ( in my opinion they double dipped ) they were rude, and no General Manager ever called us back. They took my money ….. and RAN!! I originally spoke to Cartez on May 31st and today as I write this review it’s June 16th. It’s been over two weeks and not word from them. We contacted American Airlines and Enterprise Car Rental and because of Covid they refunded all our money. Just so everyone knows, we had scheduled this trip in August of 2021 for the Jimmy Buffett concert that was canceled because of Covid and re-scheduled for June 2nd 2022. We had been looking forward to this trip for almost 1 year. The last thing we ever wanted to do was cancel this trip. If you’re a Jimmy Buffett / Parrot Head Fan, you know what I mean !! In my opinion …. Stay away from this Hotel !!!…

Room was perfect size for our family of four for a long weekend. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices. Swimming pool was super clean and had lots of chairs and umbrellas. They offered towels for the pool too. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly.
