Love this hotel. 1st time to stay at Club Level. Happy hour drinks and Melody and Janet were amazing. I do think the appetizers during happy hour should be upgraded and better variety than fried pimento cheese balls and chips. Maybe Spring rolls, chicken nuggets etc. Breakfast Club level was just okay. Suggestions pre-made waffles, grits, or more cereal selection for adults. The pool area and the great relaxing music played at pool was best part of stay. BIG Convention was held during our stay and made it a long wait to get in to Latitude restaurant which was frustrating. Huge plus was Security walking around. Very safe place to stay..

Very comfortable, high-end hotel! Staff was very professional. Should have more choices for lunch. Convenient towel service. Lovely lobby bar. Valet parking was exceptional. Convenient location. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel, spacious hotel rooms, well appointed bathroom, absolutely beautiful view of white sandy beach. We sampled drinks & food at several locations at the resort and found them all to be very good. The only down fall with the hotel were the sheets best described as “utilitarian”.

This is a beautiful resort with friendly and attentive staff. The front desk, valet and restaurant personnel took great care of us. Housekeeping does a very good job of keeping everything stocked and clean. The location has wonderful views with easy access to the beach. The handicap accessibility is okay to good/very good; a couple areas are a little tight for motorized wheelchairs, however they’re more accessible for manual wheelchairs.

Outstanding beaches, accommodations, amenities, and most importantly, the friendliest and most helpful service staff on the beach! From check-in to check-out, our Convention was a huge success thanks to the great prepared meals, venues, and multiple resort rooms available for a variety of our speakers and events. Marina at the front desk ensured we were all welcomed and taken care of during our stay. Also, the valet and baggage team were the best of any resort we’ve visited… huge thanks to Eric, Rodney, Haikek, Adam, Brittany, and Grant for ensuring our conference gear and personal belongings made it to the designated rooms in record time! Awesome resort, thanks again for a great stay!

Let's say my Chapter 48 birthday was PHENOMENAL! Hats off to my husband for contacting guest services, and Brittany & Crystal helped him decorate our room with rose petals, lights, spelling my initials on the bed, hanging streamers, and purple balloons for my 48th Birthday! The staff was accommodating; the valet was ON POINT (and it's free; they work off of tips), and the food was delicious from all the eateries on the property, especially the Voyagers, Latitude, and Pizza House. The indoor pool & hot tub area were well maintained, and when e walked to the beach from the outside pool area, there was seating & umbrellas available for your leisure. This property will be our GO-TO spot in Orange Beach, AL!

I loved the overall experience, it's was a little cold and foggy. We loved the inside hot tub and pool and the outside bar area!! We didn't go to any of the restaurants!!! I would go back when it's warmer!

Comfortable spacious room. Balconies are tiny, but all had good beach views. Access to the beach was easy and the pools, indoor and out were good sizes and clean. Meals, including breakfast are very expensive, but parking is free and lots of space. We liked it and would return.

Wonderful resort! Attention to detail, very clean rooms, great multiple places to eat on site, lots of live music, front desk attendants are very helpful. We feel lucky to have stayed at Perdido Beach! The beach itself is wonderful as well as the pool area. Both are great places to enjoy the sun. Note the rental for 2 beach chairs and umbrella is $35/day. I would recommend booking ahead for your entire stay to guarantee your spot.
