The staff at check in was welcoming and informative. The room was comfortable with a wonderful desk dividing the room which was helpful for catching up on work. The beds were comfy and breakfast was good. The pool area was well kept. The hot tub could have used a bit of attention as the jets bubbled and jetted water so aggressively that it looked like the water was boiling- a bit funny but the only flaw that I noticed. Our keypad on our room stopped working and they sent someone up to fix it. I believe his name was Harvey. He stayed past his shift working on it until it was fixed and was extremely personable. The next day, we saw Harvey again and he was offering assistance to a disabled guest that was in need. We were very impressed with him and hope that this Hampton Inn realizes what an asset he is to this hotel!! Would definitely recommend a stay here.…

First, the staff was incredibly nice. We were there with a church youth group for a Student Life Camp (5 nights) at Orange Beach Events Center. So we interacted a lot with them. They were unfailingly kind. Our students said things like "the lady behind the desk helped me with . . ." "The Breakfast was good and when we were running low on (syrup, fruit, whatever) the people running the breakfast were already bringing out what was needed." They also worked hard to keep everything clean. The location is right on the beach (beautiful!!!), but they must mop the lobby floor every hour. It was always clean and fresh--not easy for a beach hotel. The breakfast buffet was quite well done.

This hotel does a good job of offering a nice location with a mid-range of amenities. The bed was very firm and the room was clean. Neither of us could figure out how to turn on the water for the hand held shower and that would have been nice. Breakfast was decent enough with plenty of options. The front staff works really hard to take care of the guests. I got the feeling they needed more employees, but those that were there were outstanding. It is a bit pricey, but it is right on the beach in the middle of town near most shops and restaurants. My husband and I had a lovely time!

We had the best stay at the Hampton Inn Orange Beach. The location is phenomenal and the staff and amenities were spectacular. I can’t say enough nice things. The beds were so cozy, the views were truly amazing, the overall stay exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was nice but needs a bigger parking garage. Disappointed in the housekeeping policy. COVID is over it’s time to put housekeeping services back as normal daily routine. We had beautiful views of beach from our suite. Prices were reasonable.

I came in crying because another hotel messed up my reservation on mothers day weekend and was not willing to fix it. Hampton Inn was amazing, helpful and caring towards my needs. Would highly recommend. Best beds I have stayed in.

We stayed this past week with our dog and cat, who we travel with a few times a year. To find a reasonably priced beachfront property that allows pets is a big deal to begin with. To walk in the door with our medium-sized (just under 50 lbs.) dog on her leash and have her greeted with a dog treat and pets from the staff, takes the stay experience to another level. The rooms were your standard Hampton Inn room -- what you would expect, and included a fridge and microwave. The hotel is on a nice stretch of beach where you can walk for miles in either direction or rent chairs and umbrella by the day to sip cocktails from the Tiki bar. The pool area is fairly basic, but nice and clean and has upbeat music playing, or between 1 and 3/4 pm there are local musicians playing at the Tiki bar, which was nice to experience. We are lucky to have cat who enjoys traveling with us, and while she doesn't leave the room, she loves sitting in the window at the beach and watching the different bird life - which was varying and beautiful to watch. We travel with a hand broom to sweep up her litter, and borrow the vacuum from the housekeeping staff daily to keep things clean so that we don't risk her escaping while housekeeping comes in to refresh. The housekeeping staff were nice and understanding and helped us with whatever we needed to keep our own room clean and seemed to enjoy our pets (they travel a lot and are well-behaved). The pet relief area was well-stocked and picked up several times a day, and the bag dispenser was checked and filled, which cut down greatly on waste being left rather than picked up. The gentleman who was assigned to cleaning the pets areas was cheerful and diligent. Breakfast was well-done and the staff walked through frequently asking if anyone needed anything or if they could help you find something. In a five day stay we never saw anything run out, and the area was fastidiously cleaned. The front desk staff was smiling and kind, and always offering biscuits to our dog. One nice young lady even came around the desk to greet our cat in her carrier. They were just so sweet and it made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend for pet travelers. Please be kind and pick up your pet's waste. They make it really easy for you here; no worries if you accidently forget the poop bags in the room. There are plenty at the two pet waste stations. …

We got a partial view room. Translation: a sliver of water at the far end of the building, fully facing a parking garage. Couldn’t even upgrade since we booked via Booking.com No room service. More like a superior motel: you have to go to the front desk for fresh towel, almost for everything actually. Also, don’t loose your key, you need it to open most of the doors of the building. Beach lounger is a separate service, $40/day Not worth over $250 a night. Having said that, the staff was very nice and the beach beautiful

I picked this hotel since it was midway from the wedding ceremony location as well as the reception location (both easy to get to). There is a 3 level parking garage. If you park on the 2nd or 3rd level, you'll have to walk down and enter through the lobby since your phone app may not access the key card (mine didn't so I did get a room key). I would stay here again.

We always enjoy going to this hotel and have gone here yearly for at least four years. The room we selected was given to someone else and we were given another room at a discounted price. This in no way made up for the stress we experienced after traveling 7 hours, getting our luggage to our selected room and finding that we couldn't get into the room because someone else was in it. Had to go downstairs and fuss with a staff member to understand why the digital key showed us on the 7th floor when we were on the third floor, This has never happened before at any of other Hilton chain hotel we have stayed at. Not sure why they allow you to select a room if they are going to give it to someone else. I was told there is no guarantee on the room you select.
