We thought Mana Island Resort, the so-called "family island", would be great value, with its 5 hours' built-in babysitting a day; and that it would be geared towards families in both value and service/amenities - but sadly, we were wrong. Greed, it seems, has taken over the island. When you're paying $300 a night for accommodation, and $500 for your...

The resort was tired, most staff were bordering on surly and the food ridiculously bad. We had just spent Christmas at Longitude 131, but this was just so far removed from a 4 star hotel that it was a joke. Some swim tops were stolen from outside the villa, but the management were indifferent. However, had to visit the nurse...

Fabulous place, great people, great time. A really nice place to go for a family and friends get-together to celebrate a family wedding with welcoming staff and their families and the lovely Sunset Beach.

Yes the beaches are amazing here as are the views but the resort did nothing for me as they missed the little details I like in s resort. Too big and a 5 minute walk minimum to try pool from most rooms. They us bikes and I thought 'great idea!' But no, you need to it for those. I needed...

Mana Island is exactly that an Island. As a multiple returnee I use my experiences to enjoy myself, to treat the staff as your closest family. To catch up with the Retired Staff, to see there kids on or off the island continue to grow. We go to Mana because, there is no "TV's" placed in your Rooms! The Demand...

We traveled to Mana in Mid October for a family holiday (4 year old in tow). Fortunately we had stocked up on supplies on the Fiji mainland prior to departure. The food & beverages on the island are expensive. The accommodation was good & the staff were absolutely fabulous and accommodating where ever possible. The kids club was excellent with...

After reading many 'average' reviews we were slightly nervous about visiting Mana Island! However we were blown away how beautiful the island was and how great the service/staff were. Our family of 5 [chdn aged 12,11 and 8] all loved every minute and didnt want to leave. So what were we impressed with? 1) the larger size of the island...

I think this is not quite a 4 star resort but 3 is a little low also. The island itself if lovely. Great beaches and friendly staff overall. I won't go over information others have already posted but just to comment on a few things I wish I'd expected.... 1. Food is a bit hit and miss. In that you...
