The Castaway Island resort is a short hop, skip and a jump from the airport where everyone arrives in Fiji. The beach front bure, otherwise known as a hut or room, had comfortable beds, good air conditioning and close to everything.
Although we normally don't...More

Ha mate. My kids are the same age and you guys won't be disappointed with castaway. I have been going there a couple of times a year for the past few years. Initially we booked via travel agents. We found that you need to get a price from the travel agent, price from the resort directly and an internet price. They all vary. Yes get in early because of school holidays. Try to get a meal package where the family eats for $99 a day. There rare but you can still get them. Also be guided by the travel agent. They my have info on upcoming deals. Also have a look at mana island resort. It's across from castaway. It's also good value and has excellent meal plans. And a better pool. Let me know if I can help further.
